It was quick and easy and able to get gas there as well.
My biggest issues with this rental and my previous one had to do with submitting info online prior to picking up. The online process failed each time and the pick-up location didn't have all of the details needed for the rental.
Terrible customer service I told him I did not Want the insurance and was charged for it anyways and they are still trying to charge me for another $19 after I returned it already paying $80 and I only had the truck for two hours I will never use U-Haul again. And will refuse to pay the $19 they are still trying to charge me I have used U-Haul in the past this experience was terrible for such a short time of usage
The truck i rented the windshield leaked when it rained did inform store mgr
Didn't have the equipment needed upon arrival, no fault to location . Person was very nice and informative about another location to get what we needed ...
I requested an appliance hand truck and they did not have one. Also the address given for the location was wrong. Come to find out there are 2 Valero gas stations with the exact same address but miles apart.
Have better customer service! Nightly staff was awesome, day staff was very rude

The online reservation and getting the key without a person was a little difficult but luckily I got the U Haul during business hours and they were open on Sunday. Other than that, the process was easy.
UHAL CHANGED MY LOCATION 3+ TIMES BEFORE I WAS ABLE TO PICK UP MY TRUCK WHICH WAS A HUGE PAIN, BUT THE MAN THERE WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH.
Front desk rep was nice, but did not know how to issue a rental. She called someone, who issued the rental remotely. I rented the equipment around 12:30, and did not receive the pre-rental paperwork and equipment verification until 3:30.
I had a very negative experience, not with the location, but with the picking up and dropping off process online. When I picked up this truck, I indicated that the fuel was wrong and submitted a photo. I actually put in MORE gas than was in it when picked up and was charged $66 for fuel. The location couldn't do anything and said I had to call uhaul. I have called THREE times and I just get hung up on. Will never use UHaul again.
The staff at Valero was very helpful. I originally was using Penske. When I arrived at the Penske truck pickup, I was "upgraded" to a truck any bigger than my needs for "no charge ". For some this would have been acceptable, for me it was not. I did not have much too move and didn't want to bother with a bigger truck. In my desperation. I called U-Haul. I was nervous about doing my reservation online. The staff at Velero were very understanding and encouraged me to try it. It was a piece of cake!! When I arrived the truck I needed was there and ready to go. I was even able to return the truck sooner than scheduled. There was additional assistance needed the next day as my returned vehicle wasn't registering. The staff at Valero gladly corrected the error. Excellent experience!!

I had a horrible experience with the return process because the drop off location wasn't properly listed. The rep was very nice, but the process was screwed up and it took 45 minutes and a lot of frustration.
Clean trucks...and cashier needs to let customer know BEFORE running debit charges what total is just in case customer has different amount like I did....cashier ran my card for 33.17 more than what the charge was...took just about all in my bank account.
Easy to reserve on line but the lady working the counter had no clue. Once the manager came it went quickly. The other problem was that whoever rented it before us left a mess. Blankets were everywhere and a mess on the floor including broken glass
I filled that truck exactly as it was when I received it and uhaul still charged me for more fuel. Poor service.

Was not a good experience overall. Two hours before pickup they changed pickup location. Then u-hauls server was having problem and would not except my debit card. Found out their next customer had same issue. Not what I expected from U Haul
That was my second pickup location. The place i was originally suppose to pick up was closed. I was told this may have happened several times before. That was Wsshington street
I reserved a truck, an appliance dolly & 10 blankets. This location rents only trucks and never has the other items. I had to drive to another town the next day to get them, thereby putting my schedule back a whole day.
I made a reservation over the phone for a Truck, Dolly and 12 Soft Pads. When I picked the truck up, the Dolly nor the Soft Pads were in the truck . I had to drive to another town to get them. This was never mentioned when making the reservation . If a company is going to make reservations, they should be 100% informative of pertinent information regarding their own company's functioning. I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
