I got a phone call from the guy 5 minutes before my appointment to pick up the uhaul truck. He left me a message saying he needed to run to the bank. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting for him. When he finally did show up I let him know it was unprofessional and he got defensive like somehow I’m the bad guy. He only gave me a $10 discount.

I want to know why y'all charged my debit card the same amount of money that I paid in cash. That's almost 300.00 dollars. If need be I won't use y'all ever again. Give me my money back

Mr. Sam quoted that my charge was $121.00, however, my card was charged $141.00. Also the card that I used to reserve the truck was charged $46.00, therefore, I was charged $187.00 for the uhaul. I was scheduled to have the truck back at 10am the next, the storage that I was using did not open until 10am, I called and informed Mr. Sam and Dan of the issue, Mr. Sam stated that he would not charge me for the overage on returning the truck, but the total amount from what he said my fee from $121.00 was $187.00 almost $200.00!!!! I felt that I was taken advantage of because I am a female. Everything he said to me regarding the cost, was nothing that he actually charged me. When I called him and spoke with Mr. Sam, he told me that I had to call the 800 number, which I had a problem with because the 800 number was not called when he swiped my cards nor were they called when he quoted me one price but charged me another. I was very dissapointed, I work too hard for my money for someone to just take it like that.

Man, f*** that guy. Owner was a prick. I was very clear I needed multiple days and he booked it and then told me I have to return it preferably that night of the day that I had to move but definitely by before they open the next morning he argued with me he wanted with me and he's a prick

When we went to pick the truck up, we followed the instructions that were emailed. We signed into uhaul and went through all the steps. Then when we got to the part that said to go inside I did. I was then scolded for doing so because they don't do that at this location and had to go through the steps again. Then the truck had the needs oil light on. They also did not have the dollys that we had requested.

The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and lacking customer service. Cut me off multiple times and yelled at me. I was VERY apprehensive going to pick up the truck because of the poor customer service I received on the phone but they were nice in person.

The employee handling this service was horrible. VERY VERY poor customer service. He was VERY short with us and actually hostile. My husband inquired about the finale mileage on the truck and the employee seemed to become very agitated. The rental was fine but we would avoid at ALL COST renting from this location.

Staff member could barely work the computer. Charged us for insurance when we declined it when making the reservation on line. He could not figure out how to remove the charge and told us the location we were going to would credit us the $ back. I called that location and they said no they would not refund it and I would need to call 1-800 # and put in a dispute, which I did.

Inside was dirty when it was picked up. While using the truck, we had to get jump 3 or 4 times because the truck would not start. The sideview mirrors were hard to turn to be able to see behind you and i cut my finger trying to move it and never could. I called in about the trouble with the truck having to wait for help to get it started and wanted to get compensated for all I had been through. I returned the truck before 4pm as I was supposed to be there by 4pm. I had people with me that can verify I was there before 4pm but the office was closed, it closed at 4pm. I filled the truck all the way up and did not need to. The guy at the location was grumpy and not helpful at all. If you do not like your job, quit. I don't think I should be charged for any extra miles because of all the trouble I had. We had to hurry because of the breakdowns the movers were running late for another job. I have never had such a bad experience with a u-haul truck.
