The person checking me in with his computer could not type and seemed to be unfamiliar with the computer. He asked for my phone number no less than eight times. He would enter the number slowly, typing with one finger, hit a button, swear because he had done something wrong, then he would start all over again. It took 45 minutes to get the van, and we were the only customers there while ABCO had two employees working, a father and son. The van was clean and drop off with the App. on my phone was easy.

The folks at Abco were kind and friendly. The experience was good overall but the mobile app didn't work when I tried to use it to complete the turn in process.

Actually provide the furniture pads for the move when requested, or don't charge me for them. I mean they weren't in the truck so we couldn't use them, but I was still charged for them? WTF?

Let client know about “fine print”. Truck advertises at $19.95 a day. Fine print asks for 79 cents per mile. Quite a shock at the end of the day thinking one thing and then told of additional fee.

I paid for a furniture dolly and it was not in my truck at the time of pick up. The store was not open at the time. When I called after open the man was very rude to me about the situation. I said I wanted a refund or to be able to come get the equipment I paid for; he told me to call back in 10 minutes. I called back half a dozen times over the course of the day and just kept getting a line busy signal. I paid $10 to rent a piece of equipment that I never received and I still have been unable to get a refund.

I have rented from this location several times- They did a wonderful job of keeping safe distance and disinfecting the area all while providing a seamless pick up and drop off!

They charged me for pads and a dolly I did not want or ask for....the gentleman at the counter circled it on my receipt and wrote "take off" and said he would remove the charge for the items. All discussed prior to leaving with the vehicle. Guess what, when I got the final bill the charge was still there...I have sent an email on Monday and left a Voice mail at the location on Wednesday and still no one has called me back or emailed. I would go elsewhere to rent a uhaul, or use another truck rental place.

I signed the paperwork before looking at the odometer and was charged for an extra 100 miles I didn’t drive! I told them on the front end I was only driving 80 miles. When I returned it the app said I had driven over 180 miles! That’sa hundred bucks! Other than that the staff was really nice.
