Had a very bad experience with an online reservation no contact until the night before the rental... (after problems solved) no truck available at the requested location Stayed on hold with your 800 number for 35 minutes never connected to customer service ... Larry's TenKen auto in fulton, Ky worked on your online computer for 30 min. tying to solve rental reservation. Finally, Canceled online reservation an rented a 20 foot truck, which costs more, just to get a truck to make a scheduled move. worst experience with Uhaul over many years and rentals

My experience was horrible and the truck was not cleaned when I got it. I got charged a extra day and turned it in clean and a day earlier and they said I couldn't get my money back. They're rude as can be.

Returned the truck on time and the man gave me the paperwork it had a price on it but he changed me a different and higher price on my bank statements, bad business ,will not use him again.

Truck was not available at the location in Hickman, Ky. I was sent to Fulton, Ky to pickup the equipment we reserved. No one called me and informed me of the pickup location change. Now I have to pay more because the equipment wasn't available as reserved in Hickman, Ky. This is wrong and should be corrected.
