The employee was very slow to get me the truck. I had already reserved over the phone. The other employee who showed me to the truck was an older Indian man. He never smiled or talked and was very creepy. He took me out back to the truck and just pointed at it.

Have a device to help login customers, not a workers cellphone. Especially when they are taking photos of your driver license. Additionally, when helping customers, explain the topic one time not multiple unless asked for further clarification.

Great Service! I forgot one of the key in truck and left the key in drop box. Later I remember it and called customer service and they helped me to get key even though it is holiday on Sunday at UHaul location. Thanks for very good service.

Location didn't seem familiar with the mobile check-in feature. The clerk attempted to print a contract and I had to remind him I had already checked in. Dolly was not previously placed in the uhaul. I had to request it. I was charged $5.45 as a credit card fee. I suppose that is because I used American Express. I was not told there would be an additional charge for using a credit card.

This was THE WORST truck rental service I have EVER had. I would no recommend U-Haul AT ALL!

I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE A RECEIPT WITHIN AN HOUR BY EMAIL. I DIDN'T - I NEEDED TO FILE AN EXPENSE REPORT SO I'D BE PAID IN NEXT 14 DAYS BY COMPANY. I CALLED 2 HOURS LATER - THEY FORWARDED ME TO U-HAUL CUSTOMER SERVCE, WHO HAD TO CALL THE LOCATION. WAS PROMISED A RECEIPT WITHIN MINUTES. 2 HOURS LATER AND PAST THE DEADLINE FOR ME TO BE REIMBURSED BY MY COMPANY IN THIS PAY PERIOD, I HAD TO CALL AGAIN. THIS IS NOT 2ND CALL. AGAIN FORWARDED TO UHAUL CUST SVC - WHO CALLED THE LOCATION. WAS NOW TOLD "ONLY ONE PERSON THERE SO THEY HAD NOT CHECKED IN RENTAL". WAS TOLD "THIS TIME YOU'LL HAVE IT WITHIN MINUTES". OF COURSE I DIDN'T. 6 HOURS AFTER I RETURNED RENTAL AND 2 CALLS LATER I FINALLY HAD MY RECEIPT. BECAUSE I MISSED THE CUT-OFF FOR MY COMPANY DUE TO GROSS LACK OF CARE, I NOW HAVE TO WAIT A MONTH TO BE REIMBURSED. I'LL RENT AGAIN, BUT NEVER EVER AGAIN FROM THIS LOCATION. OH - THE ONLY REASON I RENTING FROM THIS LOCATION IS THE ORIGINAL LOCATION CALLED ME 30 MINUTES BEFORE PICKUP TO TELL ME THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE VAN I'D RESERVED THE DAY BEFORE. WHAT A JOKE.

I rented the truck on 5/29/19 as per the invoice time 5:06 pm , actual time 5:18 pm I got the truck. The lady charged me for 3 days saying I was to return the truck at 4 PM. I had initially rented the truck for 1 day and extended the trick for another day. I was at the store at 5:03 PM and there were 3 people ahead of me and 1 person helping the customers. It took 15 minutes before I checked out. I looked at the invoice and it showed I was charged for 3 days, the lady said I was to return the truck at 4 PM and I said when I called in to extend a day I was asked if I could have the truck back by 4:30 PM and I said I will try. According to my calculations I had the truck for 1 day, 23 hours and 53 minutes and not even 48 hours. The lady was rude and said since I did not return it by 4 PM that are changing me for 3 days. I should be refunded for the extra day. I called the store manager and left him a voice mail which he never returned the call. They need to learn about customer service and not be rude to customers. This was a very terrible experience.
