Jeff W.I sent this before, but they charged me an extra $1 vs. the UHaul invoice and they charged me for 3 gallons of gas, because the truck had less gas then they said it did. I have photos of before and after to document. It took us about 30 minutes to get the truck--they said they had computer problems with the UHaul softward, but they were very friendly and we didn't really care. I don't have enough time to go over there with photos to get my $14, but I will never do a 2 way trip again with UHaul. I think I saved $10 in this transaction. Lesson learned. UHaul is a ONE WAY deal for me.
