You need to get this location into your booking database. XPLO cant see them as a drop off point, and they are only a half mile from the house. Your Littlton NH location is the one that has been recommended twice by the computer but tags on an extra 10 miles of driving (and mileage fees).

I rented on a Friday from a business that was closed on the weekend. I was told that if I brought the vehicle back on Monday I would still only be charged for the one day as long as I adhere to the mileage. On Saturday morning I received a call from the office in Manchester New Hampshire and the lady asked me what time the truck was going to be back and I told her I was waiting for a ride. She instructed me that not to worry about it as long as I got the truck back everything would be okay and I would only be charged for the one day. I only used the truck for the one day and put 47 miles on it. When I rented the vehicle I told the person who rented it to me that I would be putting on between 40 and 50 miles and I adhered to that. This morning I opened an email from U-Haul and received a bill for 2 days of use and a total of $125.48. I was counting on having to pay only for the one day because I am on a fixed income. Apparently the people who rent your vehicles and your office in Manchester New Hampshire does not communicate with each other and therefore has left me in a predicament for the month without enough money to put food in my mouth. I am very disappointed in the service I received and the way I was treated when I just spoke on the phone with your office. She pretty much told me that it was too bad that was the way it is. If this is the way your employees treat your customers then you will probably lose a few besides me because after today I will never be using your company again unless something is done. This is all over a matter of about $45. Hope it is worth it to lose a customer. Also remember this is the age of social media. Sincerely John Smith

Honestly my bill was way to much??? The truck was 19.95 but I paid 60.00 and I put gas in as well ,I only went a few miles ,I would love it if you would check into this and get back to me,thanks, it should'nt of cost that much, thank you but I do love uhaul you Rock :-)
