My moving experience was horrible! I reserved a 26’ truck and was called a few days before and told they overbooked and didn’t have one for me. The rep gave me his personal guarantee that my belongings would fit in the 20’ truck. Not only did it NOT all fit, I lost half of my help because the move took longer than it was supposed to, and had to make TWO trips to get what was left of my belongings. my move that would have been done by 1-2pm was done at 8pm. Moving is hard enough without theses types of issues. I should have been able to rely on u-haul to have the truck I reserved, not to mention I had to pay for TWICE the mileage because of the second trip. I am beyond upset and regret using your services.

We had a horrible experience with your company. But it wasn't with this pick up or drop off location business. It was with UHaul. We had a 26 foot truck scheduled for our move day over a month in advance. On the day we were suppose to pick up our truck, in Gardner MA at 4:30pm, I called in the morning to ask a question and was informed there was not a truck available for me and that I'd have to call Uhaul. Uhaul, specifically Erica ?Arastia? at 413-535-2432 told me my only option was to drive to Foxboro MA, a 3 hour round trip drive and that I'd have to pick it up before 4pm. This was on the last work day before our move. When I said this was unacceptable she replied that if I didn't like it she could refund my deposit and I could look elsewhere for a truck. On the DAY OF OUR MOVE. Seems to me if there was an issue with them not having a reserved truck, your company should have taken the steps to have the truck delivered to my pick up location, not insist that I, the customer, along with a co-driver to drive our personal vehicle back, that's 2 people taking unscheduled time off work at the last minute to drive 3 hours to get a truck.... that was reserved in advance. HORRIBLE UHAUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE. Non-existent customer service.

There was nothing to improve. Both pickup and return were excellent with all things explained clearly at pickup. Vehicle performed well with no surprises. Only recommendation concerns the Web and Mobile applications where if you select "Change your reservation," it looks like it sends you back to start all over again making a new reservation. hat was disconcerting because I didn't want to risk losing the reservation I had already made and wanted to change. (I was going to add an additional driver.) Some feedback to the user telling them they would or would not lose their current reservation when making a change should be added.

At one point I upgraded to a larger truck and shortly after receiving a confirmation, I received call that the truck was actually not available and neither was my original one. I told them they had to find me something and about an hour later I received a call that the original truck I requested was available.

There was an error when we tried to use the app to grab our rental. We called customer service and it took about 30 minutes until someone answer to give us the code to the lock box. When we returned the renatl we were told to put the keys into they key return slot. Well, the stairs were crumbled and I almost fell off the side when I tried to use them and put the key in the mail slot in the door, If i had know about this locations issues i would have gone elsewhere! Overall not very satisfied with my experience

It's rare to have a full tank of gas to start and it made it so much easier to fill it back up before returning without having to estimate. Easy pick up and drop off, too! Much better of an experience than I've had with other uhaul locations. Would definitely use again and recommend to others!

How about having the truck we actually reserved where we reserved it for? How about not sending us to 4 places and the last one being 30 miles away and then charging us an extra $100 for mileage and then making us have to return the truck to the same 30 mile away location??? Terrible experience, terrible. Never again, Uhaul.

Very difficult process, had to deal with two locations with employees that don’t know the process or products they have. One couldn’t authorize our vehicle to be hauled and the other couldn’t reserve for us. The 800 number as helpful but out of the loop, lots of orange places not talking to each other. When it comes to trailers they have the market cornered, so what else can you do

Mileage Estimate was not given accurately to me upon pickup. Drop off time was not adjusted as I was told it would be. No rolling dollie in truck as provided during previous rentals, was told to go to Home Depot for a rental.
