Had issues with the pickup location being able to see the insurance option I had selected online during my initial reservation. So when I went to check out she told me there was $134 in insurance charges instead of what I selected. She had to start all over and begin with a new reservation. Took longer than anticipated.

Have tech check vehicle over better. This 26' truck with only an 8' ramp (must have been damaged before and just cut down), due to slope of our driveway was almost impossible to load heavy or large furniture. In past, trucks I rented had 12 to 16 foot ramps. This was very time delaying due to my medical condition and trouble for helpers that I brought in to help, cost more to load.

It was like walking into a filthy home. Young child was behind the desk playing with the dirty trash can and children's toys were all over the lobby area. The TV was on cartoons and volume was so loud that it became very uncomfortable. I stood there for 4-5 minutes until the woman whom had been less than 8 feet away, asked if she could help me. I truly did not believe the she worked there since it was clear she saw me, but no acknowledgement.. It took over 15 minutes for me to get the paper work completed when I had already done so online to save time. When they pulled the truck around, the front seat did not move forward and was broken. So this made it nearly impossible to drive the truck safely unless you were over 6 ft tall. The truck was very dirty and it was clear had not been cleaned in many trips. Then it was stated that there was a certain amount of gas in the vehicle, of which was not the case. Had I not mentioned this it would have cost me $30 more on my bill. I understand this is a family trying to make ends meet. But it is imperative that they understand they are running a business, not a daycare. The woman was very unclean, her clothes were filthy and it was just a horrible experience. I should have never been charged for this truck. I would certainly appreciate a full refund.

The truck was jammed in a spot that took me 20 min to get it out and no one helped me. The gas was lower than what they told me and that was the most scary uhaul I've rented. The steering felt like something was loose. It was a terrifying truck to drive.

Nothing really, the truck I rented was due for an oil change and had to wait a little bit to get it because of that but, I was also a walk in with no appointment/reservation so, I'm very happy they took the extra time to check out the vehicle (had a turn signal out as well which they replaced) before letting me drive it. The final price after return was actually a few bucks less than what they estimated. I've nothing but good things to say about that experience, they even let me park my motorcycle on site while I was using the vehicle. A+ service.

It took close to an hour to complete my paperwork when I picked up my truck because the computer kept crashing and freezing up. When they finally brought me the truck the back door was broken so I had to wait while they brought me another. The truck they brought me was dirty and only had a 1/2 tank of gas in it. I filled up the tank to full and when I dropped off the truck the same day on a one way trip it was 3/4 full. ( I know the ticket shows 1/2 full but trust me it was 3/4 ) I spent an extra at least $25 dollars in gas because if I had originally gotten the first truck with a full tank it would have only cost me a 1/4 of a tank. I communicated this to the U haul company in Prescott Az who told me it was my responsibility for an overfill and they could do nothing to help me after about another 1/2 hour of waiting because there computer kept having problems. Finally they gave me Mark Bufords # to call the Company President who basically told me they would fix the computers and the door on the truck but could not reimburse me for the gas. What a company president you have representing your company. This man is a disgrace to management. Here is my point.. I understand that it is the responsibility of the person renting your trucks to bring them back with the same amount of gas I started with. If I had originally gotten the truck I was supposed to get I could have saved at least $25 - $30 dollars on this trip. I waited almost an hour to get the wrong truck and all I was asking was to get reimbursed for a 1/4 tank of gas after all of the issues I had. Where is the customer service here? This trip was a disaster start to finish because of the mistakes of your company not mine and I end up paying for that. I guess your nationwide billion dollar company needs the $25 more than me. I have been in customer service my whole life and to me this is a no brainer. Make the customer happy. After all the issues I had with this trip how can I not get some kind of restitution here

The cab was not cleaned. There was white animal hair all over the interior. The employees were fantastic and helped attach the auto transport and made sure everything was in working order before we left.

I was very disappointed in the original location I rented the Uhaul from. I reserved the 4x8 weeks ahead of my required date and the night before recieved an email saying it was reserved at the fountain hills location. This was 30 miles from our house were as the original location was only 8 miles and easy access to our house and loading and departure. I was very disappointed and will look for a rental elsewhere where I can depend on a reservation means a reservation I can count on!!!
