They gave us a truck with a dead battery and missing/leaking oil. Also, pretty sure the brakes needed replacing as well. After loading two storage units full of our things into this 26' truck, it wouldn't start. We were stuck in the storage unit parking lot for 3 hours when we should've been done unloading at our new home and visiting with my wife's grandma and my childhood friend from out of town. Took an important memory away from us. And to top it off, they knew of these problems and didn't think to mention them. The employee told my wife that he â€œcan't remember if he put oil in itâ€. They told her it wasn't their responsibility to make things right. That she had to contact their uhaul rep.
Very nice people. We had to keep the truck an extra day due to a flat tire that delayed us about 3 hours no charge for that. Lady met us in the parking lot and made turn in very fast friendly and efficient!
It would help if there was a larger inventory of moving related supplies. Eg: 4 - pin connector, come-along, rope, packing supplies, etc. That being said, their overall customer service was outstanding. Supply of trucks and trailers was excellent.

This was a terrible experience. We reserved the truck for a uhaul within a couple of miles of our house and were called the day before pickup and told our truck was not available due to a breakdown. We were told the only option for pickup was a location 20 miles from where we live. When I inquired about a credit for the additional miles that I would not have needed to drive if I had picked up at the original location, I was told nothing could be done. In addition, customer service rep sounded like she couldn't have cared less at both offices that I spoke to. I will never use Uhaul again.

I did the online check in on the safari browser on my iPhone. I was able to follow all the steps but when it searched for my location it said I wasn't at the right place even though I was standing at the front door of the business right next to lock box. I called the help line and waited 20 minutes on hold. The person was very nice but she had to have me download the Uhaul ap to get the location to work. I had intended to leave with the truck at 8 but didn't get out of there until after 8:30. Meanwhile I got to pay 3 people to stand around at my house for 30 minutes so this delay cost me over $30. I will not use this system again. I should not have been required to download the app.
When I returned the vehicle, I was instructed to place the key in the drop box. Unfortunately, the slot in the drop box was much smaller than the key.
Location of equipment pickup is in a busy parking lot.
The service rep was unfriendly for the 5 customers that were there. The trailer had broken glass across the floor. She acted like we were in her way or bothering her. She also threatened us when we said something about calling Uhaul about a possible alternate drop off destination. I am not planning to use Uhaul again ,thank you .

I made a reservation for contactless pickup for 5 am. My reservation was confirmed multiple times for 5 am. When we arrived at 5 am to get our truck it told us that they'd see us at 9 am and to call a certain #. We called that #, the agent said that UHaul had sent a text message at 5 pm the night before our move stating that the contact less pick up didn't work so we had to pick the uhaul up at 9 am. We went back home slept, came back, the guy at the Dr ront desk stated that our appointment had been at 8 am but had recently been moved to 9 am... and we were understanding about that too, until he told us that we were set up for contact less pick up and we could now complete that process. This company almost ruined our whole day because of their lack of communication and preparation. Who tells someone the day before their big move that they can't pick it up at the confirmed time and then Uses the process i was supposed to use at 5 am for 9 am? I will never use this company again, nor will I suggest it to anyone else.
They usually have "computers down" so plan to check in and do all yourself through the app. Last 3 rentals from this location had issues (all reported at drop off) low air tire, truck stalled in intersection and yesterday's truck had a blow out on highway.
Great location, just happened to be super busy as expected at end of month.
Everything was great
Nothing at all- this wonderful lady's picture should be in the dictionary next to the definition of SPECTACULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! She made a very frustrating situation/life-event tolerable and so much less stressful than it could have been. I can't thank her enough. Will definitely recommend and give all my future business (within Colorado Springs and Fountain) to this location- regardless of distance.

They like to add additional charges once you close out. If you close out which I did as self service I got at 25 cleaning fee. My total went from 54 to around 75. Now 2 days after I get a final receipt for $94. I'm highly pissed about this.
The location had customers who were not wearing masks and did not ask them to put one on.. and the truck was not cleaned it was sticky on the cup holders and it just felt overall not clean. And she did not explain the return policy to me and I got charged an extra day. The receipts he gave me said return date of 8/11 and I returned the truck on 8/10 and was charged an extra day.
