The latch keeping the ramp in on the right side of the trailor was broken. When I asked the lady about it she said I would ha e to bring it to a different to place to get it fixed because it could fall out while driving.

/had an appointment to pick up the car dolly. The attendant was out and came back 30 minutes late. She then caused a bunch of delays due to her lack of attention to detail.
Taking picture dosent make equipment safe. I push to go there. She didn't know she had equipment.she was nice but didn't know I was coming. That's Corp fault.
Only issue I had was that when I was called I was told that I needed to pick up from one location and drop off at another for a 1 way. I had a contract that I made that was supposed to be local. I originally needed 2 - 3 days. I was able to get everything done in less than a day. I was not able to be reimbursed any money due to the fact that the contract stated one way. I learned that I was double booked for some odd reason and the contract that I wanted was at the location that I dropped off at. Overall I spent 100 more than I could have. Other than this annoyance the service was ok.
No one there said won't be back till 3:30 hour and a half after I got there
It's conveniently located by my home. I always use it.
There was no one there, sign said back in 15 min. That was not true. Used the contract drop box, they never checked in the equipment or contacted me. I had to contact the corporate office to make sure the equipment was checked in....
The salesperson could've been a little more helpful in showing me how to tie up my vehicle on the trailer. This was my first time using a U-Haul truck and trailer.
No one is ever hear when they are suppose to be open. Terriable customer service!
When I received the vehicle it was muddy inside and looked as though something had been spilled on the door. The vehicle was pretty beat up, but served its purpose. The check in process was not abundantly clear until after I called and talked to the CS UHaul customer service. No one answered the number on the door. Also, the furniture pads and appliance dolly was not in the vehicle when I picked it up. I had to travel out of my way to the Woodmen location to pick up what I needed.
Better attentive customer service. Highly do not recommend and will not use this location ever again.
Friendly and quick turn in/return
Not bad did have to wait for the employee, he was working in the yard and had to wait for him to come back to the office.
Location is part of a storage unit. No room to get vehicles with trailers in. Office is tiny, very tiny. Only one person working, 3 customers all arrived at opening. Had to wait for computers to log in. However, the employee was very nice and helpful. And he managed the 3 customers very well.
Have someone in the office not around the property waited outside for 30 min waiting for someone to be in the office
Struggled with the straps to attach my vehicle. Had to go to another location for assistance. This location listed above was not where I originally reserved the equipment. Completely was a disaster for my entire day. I will NOT recommend or use uhaul in the future!
I wouldn't recommend Uhaul to any customer. Especially military. The communication and constant changing of pickup and drop off sites when it was originally set as â€œopenâ€ was ridiculous. It wasn't on any of the individual locations, they're only doing what's being given to them through the computer system. No one from Uhaul contacted me before to make sure everything was coordinated as they said they would do 24hrs out. Overall I'll never use Uhaul again!
Need a bigger parking area. The truck and trailer barely fit.
This location was very small and only had one staff member. We called numerous times so we could confirm our reservation and no one ever answered the phone. I drove 35 minutes to the location - Not the location I would have prefered, but the only one that had the equipment we needed - once I got there the office was closed for lunch with an approximate time to return taped on the front door. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for the employee to return from lunch. I'd prefer not to return to that location if possible.
Since I just dropped off the trailer, I didn't have much interaction with the operation.
The location was great to work with but our reservation was moved to a different location at the last minute. The reservation was set up wrong in Uhaul's system and a new reservation had to be created. When issues were brought up with customer service the representative was nasty. Will not be using Uhaul again for this reason. The only redeeming quality was the gentleman at the pickup location. He was very helpful.
