More staff. I had you wait in line 20 minutes. Denise took care of me. She was awesome. When she hooked up the electrical connection for the trailer there was no power. She ended up spending 20 minutes checking my fuses(showing me how to do it) and got us all set. The trailer I tended didn't end up working for the project I planned. I rented a 6x12 trailer with ramp. I didn't realize the opening in the back/ramp width was only 5' so the 5.5' tractor I needed to move did not fit. It would be helpful to dummy proof the advertising on the trailer to state the with of opening at the back.Russell M.
The electronic drop off was terrible. The app could not find my location and the help on the app did not help. I called uhaul and no answered so I hung up after thirty five minutes. Finally got help from a family member and left after forty five minutes of being in the backlot at uhaulStewart S.

Carly, claiming to be the manager, and a male employee in training, took photos of both sides of my driver's license with their personal phones. I know that U-haul provides necessary equipment and these employees should not record my personal information on their personal devices. When I questioned Carly, she became angry, refused service, and threatened to call the police. Manager Carly refused to delete my information from her personal phone. A third male employee followed me out and continued to threaten me. I am now forced to take my business elsewhere. Please provide proper training to your unprofessional employees. I am still shocked by this immature, unprofessional behavior.Lance M.
The customer service was wonderful! The gentleman that help me both times was very helpful and friendly. The truck however smelled very strongly of smoke and whatever was used to try to cover the smell didn't work and made for an unpleasant drive. No, I did not mention this at the time I dropped the truck off as they were very busy and I didn't want to hold things up for them.Kristine E.
