There were no issues. Both attendants (picking-up and returning) were busy with other clients but provided great customer services. Note - the website says the van is good to move queen mattresses but we found it very difficult since there's a very tight fit.Eva G.

When I got there to pick up the truck, I was given the keys but a car was blocking the truck so I could not access it to drive it. I could not wait to locate the user of the blocking vehicle, so I had to leave it. My plan was to return for it, but my day was too hectic to come back for it like I'd planned. When I returned the keys, I was charged for two days and insurance. I expected to be charged for a day, or was hoping the charge would be waived as it was not my fault I wasn't able to access the vehicle when I was given the keys. The guy who worked there offered me nothing, no exceptions, no refund, no grace, no return on the insurance charge, nothing. I'll never select that uhaul again.Tamika B.

Complete bait and switch. Order was confirmed and then when I showed up it wasn't there. I could either pay more money for a higher price trailer or get nothing. At that time I had no alternate so I picked the higher option. I was even nickel and dimed to pay for another day because I returned the trailer a fee hours late. I made reservations for a truck 3 weeks in advance for a 10' truck at a specific location (per website). This location was 4 miles from my starting point. 1 day before pick up period, I get an email from U-Haul stating that a 10' truck has been confirmed for pick up at 12 noon (3 hours later than when I originally reserved vehicle) and at a different location -- a lot farther away. I called U-Haul, and they said my original location did not have a 10' truck available there and thus they automatically just changed my pick up location (but of course, did not adjust the mileage -- which then my miles was over due to the change in location further away). The new location took too long to process the paperwork, so was not in and out. Not happy with the U-Haul approach. When I reserved the truck size (again 3 weeks in advance), the location selected was one that came up as available with that truck size. Gas was quarter tank less than what was in truck. Also, Safemove insurance was added to contract when specifically told not to. The lady working could not speak English well and claimed it was the "system" that put the safemove insurance on the contract and not her even when I told her i don't want it.
