Pick up location was said to open at 10am, they open 9am, i couldnt get teuck because the "system" doesnt allow online checkout until 10am,,,i waited. Just alliw online or operator to change pickup please, minor stuff great rental

James F.The truck had not been cleaned and there were used blankets all over the floor. I took a VERY long time to make myself understood to the person who was dealing with my contract. Make sure this location knows to check the truck for cleanliness before the next customer.
