I agreed to $14 insurance, was charged $28. I was told there was half a tank of gas and vehicle needed to be returned with half a tank. There was less than half a tank, more like a quarter. Rental was supposed to be $19.95 plus milage and $14 for insurance, there was an additional $39.00 rental charge, not even sure what that is for. Overall very unhappy with this rental experience

Donald H.The online pick up process was confusing and it did not work. The attendant had to complete the pick up process, because the online check in/pick up did not work.
David R.The employee was basically a jerk had to basically force him to help me disconnect. The trailer ask him a question after it was disconnected, and he just said here you go and turned around and walked off never even looked at the trailer.
