The previous customer did not clean out the back of the truck. There was potting soil all over the floor in the back of the truck. The blankets were in a heap on the floor and covered with soil. I had to spend 30 minutes cleaning out the back of the truck before I was able to use it to move my furniture.

Because your process for picking up vans/trucks with no one at the counter to simply validate who you are and hand you the keys to your vehicle, I moved my pick up date to Monday when I knew someone would be working at the rental location . However, even though someone WAS there, your system still forced me to use the app to check in - I will not be using your services/trucks moving forward.
DIANE STruck was not clean in the front there was rest of food even a sock. The back has also dirty with a bed frame that I had to remove and put in the trash myself.
Kelvin BI would highly recommend this U-Haul if it were exclusively booked online. I opted to check in at the counter since my secondary driver needed to show ID. The internet there was so slow.
GAYTHA SI thought the facilities and staff at the facility were helpful. I did not like renting a truck for pickup at this facility and then having the reservation switched to a location 8 miles away. This also happened the last time I reserved a truck. When we tried to switch the reservation day and time for a truck available at the facility where I originally requested, it took nearly a half hour even though we had someone at the U-Haul company on the phone with us. Finally the U-Haul company got someone on the phone that was knowledgeable, but in total it still took nearly half an hour. Hopefully I won’t have to rent again.
