Staff was friendly and helpful , but we had to go to 4 Uhaul sites to attempt to find all the equipment that I had reserved online and got a confirmation of prior to flying to Florida.I got another email that the pickup site had changed after I was already in the air but neither of the two first sites had the truck I had reserved and the correct trailer for me to use. I did finally get all the equipment and it all performed as expected.DUANE P.

Just a dropoff location at a storage facility, but there is not good signage or instructions. I ended up pulling in to a lane where I would block storage units and had to back out into a busy street in order to find a better way in to drop off truck. The customer service rep was very short and got very upset when I told him that I did not receive the for the link to scan my ID. Then got angry when he had to manually enter 2 contact information. Upon returning the Uhaul and I asked for the sale to be completed while I was there he said that I would have to wait for him to get the information from the truck and when he got up from his chair he pushed it back hard and slammed his hand down. I asked him why he was so angry. He did not respond. Upon leaving I told him to have a nice day and he said something under his breath and I said then don't. He was a very unpleasant man. I went to this location because it was the closest to where I was getting furniture. I will NEVER rent from this location again. First of all the location of the pick up was not the location but I requested I also did not get a message as to where to pick up the vehicle until an hour and a half after my scheduled pick up time after which time I have gone to two other U-Haul stores to attempt to find it. When I finally did pick up the truck the tank was empty I only made it five blocks before I had to walk another 10 blocks to get a 5 gallon can of gas to move the vehicle vehicle also was full of dog hair and empty water bottlesJohn L.

The operator at the storage unit it's definitely not a morning person, LOL. The inside of our truck was clean and neat and everything worked. This location wasn't the original location. The original location charged my account AND THEN discovered that the trailer was missing. It took a long time to get the issue resolved, but the 2nd location took care of it. The confirmation of the location of the trailer should have been confirmed 1st and then I should have been charged. I asked for a different location that opened a 9 am but was closer it was changed to another location . that would have been my last choice. after you allowed me to reserve first location. we know the community not a preferred location I would have driven further. uhaul has done this several times to me it is frustrating.James E.

He had another man there to help and he knew what he was doing and only helped when needed, which I thought was the right thing to do. I have alot of patience but some people don't.
