The guy didn't offer or attempt to help hook up the trailer to my car. The outside of the trailer had/has a large amount of thick gooey grease ( approx 3' x4' -3"-4"wide) on the back outside panel that faces the towing vehicle. The open/closed hours are very approximate for the few time I went there. The Uhaul rep berated me over the phone b/c he didn't like the spot I left the small trailer. I was there well before 5 pm and of course no one was there for me to ask what exact location did they want the trailer returned so I placed the trailer in the grass, NOT Obstructing any gates or drive way, but in full view of the security camera. Very unprofessional.....

Why does everyone’s contract and surveys keep coming to my email........... This was not for my rental, my email is receiving g at least two rental contracts a day in my name for rentals i did not make. Please remedy this ASAP. i HAVE CALLED and was told it would be taken care of almost a week ago, and it has not been. Please fix -Daniel Bishop

There were spiders and webs all over the driver cab. I was told I had unlimited mileage, when I went to return the vehicle I was asked to pay $13 for extra miles. I had not driven extra miles, so the store rep comped the mileage. I just received a receipt for $225 that I now supposedly owe for 4 extra days and 130 extra miles. This is incorrect and I will not be paying that. This is extremely u professional behavior and I’m entirely disappointed. I will be reporting this incident to the BBB, as well as writing a formal complaint to corporate.

The per mile fee (.99 per mile) was higher than advertised internet per mile fee (.69 per mile). This did not make me happy in anyway especially since I did not discover This until checkout or return of equipment. This factor will seriously affect my decision to ever use U-haul again. The trucks tps light was on when I picked up the truck and the rubber molding on top of the windshield was loose and banged on the top of the roof for the whole 700 mike trip

The gentleman working there was very helpful and friendly. I had gone there prior to my trip to inquire about prices and he was very helpful with verifying that my car had the right hitch. I had gone to your Tega Cay store closer to my house and they guy couldn't be bothered to look at my hitch and he had no one in his store. When I selected my return store I chose Stateline even though it was 10 more miles away.

I requested a pickup closer to my home. I was directed to something several miles away. Across a state line! Need to come up with a better process to allow pickup and drip off where requested. If i request a location it is because I know that they are equiped for the service I am looking for and have a large selection of items.

Because, at the end of the transaction, the older guy in the facility threw the paperwork on the counter instead of handing it to me. The younger guy there was very professional.
