The trailer was very old with multiple cracks in the body. The floor was cracked as well. The older gentleman at the Folsom Auto repair counter was very rude. I have rented from Uhaul multiple times in the past, but will definitely consider other options in the future.

Dan was the only person at this location and rented us a tow dolly that was not the right size for my car. He warned us it was the only one he could get and to be super careful in turns as the dolly would dent the car because it was too small for the towed vehicle. It made our trip twice as stressful, knowing we had the wrong equipment and in fact, the dolly did dent the trim in one of our tight turns (the road had a hairpin turn we had no choice). Thanks for some of your help I only wish we'd had the time to find the right size for my car.

Van was fine. Dan ... complained about Uhaul corporate the entire transaction. Made my experience w renting from uhaul awkward and uncomfortable. He represents you ... and it was not good take away.

When returning the trailer, I experience poor & rude (for the second time at this location) customer service. Example; when I asked for a receipt, I was told to leave and I will receive a copy via email. When I had questions on the billing, I was rudely told to leave because he was too busy to assist me. I insisted on reviewing my invoice, he fussed and finally assisted me. Once he finally helped me corrected the billing (it was entered as one-way) and should be one-day rental. He accused me of entering the wrong information, etc. After 10 minutes of correcting the issue, he told me to leave, because he has work to do and doesn't have time for me. WROST CUSTOMER SERVICE "EVER" AND THIS GUYS SHOULDN'T REPRESENT U-HAUL!!!

The owner Dan Friedman is an embarrassment to your U-Haul brand. Unbelievably rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to my son and myself. We've used U-Haul for years but we will never use or recommend this site. You should terminate his licensing agreement...at the very least U-Haul should send a "secret-shopper" to his location...you'll see what I mean. Absolutely an awful experience and again, a disgrace to U-Haul's brand image.

The old man attendant is by far the worst customer service rep for uhaul there ever is. Also I got charged double for the second day of rental. Horrible place to rent a uhaul from. I'm very displeased with that old man working there.

The owner of this business only does U-Haul as a sideline and doesn't show much compassion for the costumer.I had to unhitch the trailer and he wouldn't even go out and inspect it.

The vehicle drove well but GMC has a serious problem with the fuel system. It took 30 minutes to refuel the tank as the nozzle (tried 3 different nozzles) kept clicking off. This is the second GMC truck rental in 3 years (last one with Penske)--same problem. I will never rent a GMC truck again.

The customer service lacks professionalism. The owner was rude. His first comment out his mouth was "that woman is so dumb; she can't tell the difference between a hose and a tube of mascara." He wanted us to sign the paperwork before inspecting the vehicle. He didn't want to give us our receipt when we dropped it off. He even when refused when we pushed it and said he would email it to us. He ignored us to talk to friends. He just seriously lacks professional and people skills. We won't use them again.
