The Sigb in site is a little cumbersome. The big problem was where I had checked two boxes in order to agree to the olisvensr requirements It was confusing because you have to click some words to go to a different site For the liscense the words are very small but eventually figured it out but this is not well thought out. You could probably look at how many people get to this point give up on the online signed me up

This location is always accommodating however uhaul in general is so ridiculous guaranteeing a Whitley but not guaranteeing where you will pick it up until the day before. They wanted me to drive over an hour past my reserved pick up point and didn't tell me until the day before.

Reserved an appliance dolly; never put on truck. Ive called 3x plus an email--to have the $10 charge plus tax removed from my cc. No response from UHaul Mgr nor a refund on my cc. Finally had to call my cc company to dispute the charge. What a hassle!!!! (15 days and counting.........)

The location is a retail boot store. There was 1 young female employee in the store who was not able to leave the store. There was no assistance with connecting the trailer, checking the lights, etc. The 6x12 trailer was too heavy for 1 person to attach. I had to ask men at a nearby business to help. This should be a real safety concern for U-Haul as there was no confirmation that the trailer was attached properly by the customer.

The location I where I was scheduled to pick up my uhaul did not have it. I had to go to another location 15 mikes away and i was told the trailer would not be ready for another 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I called them to get directions they did not tell me they were in a boot store. When I finally found them, the poor girl in the store was so overwhelmed she was crying. Probably because her boss kept calling her and telling her she needed to "multitask". The uhaul service was very very poor. Plus the trailer had a shimmy but I was already running late so had to keep it. I hope I never need a uhaul again!

I had to drive 30+ extra minutes to pick up & drop off trailer because requested location was not available. Don't know your inventory system for online booking but I had to give up 2 hours of moving time in order to go to location that had the trailer. No where in my booking process did it say preferred location was unavailable. Couldn't return to nearest location because there would be a wrongful destination charge. Girls working the store couldn't leave it due to customers shopping. Couldn't give me a receipt because she couldn't check trailer until she could lock up store after customers left. If I had needed help, none was available. Proud I am a woman who can work like a man. My teenage son helped me lift the trailer. Poor online booking process & follow through. Poor customer service.

I did not plan to use this location I had specifically went into a location closer to me to rent the trailer but then later when the pickup time was scheduled I found out I had to drive to a different location that was farther away. I did not appreciate that. The girl at this location was nice but did not even have time to check to see if my equipment was installed correctly.

No signage other than drop equipment here when I went to return. Drove by later that day (around 6:00) and the trailer was still sitting out. No one available to help me and I had to call where I had rented the trailer from initially.

I reserved a 15' truck for Saturday, April 1, earlier in the week online at the Britches and Boots location as it was the closest to our move site. On Friday, I was contacted by an employee there to inform me that the truck I reserved was not available but was offered a larger truck for $10 more. I arrived at the pick up station on time - 9:00 a.m Saturday morning. I didn't receive the truck until 10:00 and was not offered any extended time for the hour that I waited. I dropped the truck off at 3:00 p.m., within a 5 hour time frame instead of the 6 as I reserved. My total bill was around $102. I must say that I am very upset to have such a large bill for issues that were with Uhaul and not myself. I rented another truck on Thursday from another location and was very pleased with my experience. The price was also what was agreed upon before picking it up. I am on a tight budget as it is and the shock of $100 on my bank statement was a little concerning. I can not say that I am pleased with my experience...

We should have taken it as a sign to go to an actual U-Haul dealer when the card we wanted to use wouldn't take. Instead, we went to get the card used to reserve the truck. Instead of a walk around, we were told to check out the truck & have a safe trip. We did check out the truck. The cab smelled like smoke from the previous driver flicking cigarette ashes under the seat, and the rear passenger tire had a chunk coming off of it. We were told to take it home & call U-Haul to have them change the tire before we left to travel 1300 miles the next day. The people who were to change the tire couldn't make it to us, so we drove the truck to them. The tire was changed & we were on the road the next day. When we were 375 miles away from where we started, we stopped because we had noticed smoke (first black, then white) coming from the truck. It was noticed that the tire in the rear on the opposite side was starting to have a chunk out of it. U-Haul was called, and someone came out to check everything out. The oil was okay, but we were told that a note would be put in to check the gaskets when we made it to our destination. The guy sent out said he was more concerned about the tire that had already been changed. It turns out that our changed tire had a nail in it, and the valve on the inside tire hadn't been pulled thru when the outside tire had been changed. Because of this, all of the air pressure had leaked out & put all of the weight on the tire with a nail in it. Everything was fixed by U-Haul, but it did make us a day later getting to our destination. Due to this, we ended up going thru a snowstorm thru a mountain pass. We were not happy with this! We'll continue to use U-Haul when the need arises, but only from a U-Haul dealer, not a third party dealer who just rents the trucks out no matter their condition.

First, no one contacted me to tell me where I was supposed to pick up the Uhaul, so I had to drive all over Jackson to find a location. Second, the lady set my arrival time at 5 am instead of 5 pm, which I'm pretty sure cost me an additional $50 dollars. Overall, this was not a good experience, and I would not recommend this Uhaul Dealer.

It took over an hour to get the truck rented, cost was not explained, I did not get a breakdown of the charges, and I was NOT told that there was a two-day mandatory rental on this truck. I only traveled 126 miles and was charged for TWO days!!! I was also told that I would not be charged for the extra day if I turned the truck in the next day, which I did. NOT HAPPY!!!!!
