Make sure customer get there cContract also make sure customer see and read how many miles is on the truck and if you don't have a pulling a U-Haul and pulling something make sure that is turned off and explain to the customer how to turn it off because I didn't haul anything but the hall was on which made my bill higher than it should've been

they did not have all the moving pads we ordered, or moving supplies. Moving van though was excellent.
There were issues with receiving email confirmations with both rental pick up and return. William provided excellent customer service and showed me on his laptop that the emails were sent.
They closed two hours before their published hours. We never heard from them the next day confirming that they have the property. Uhaul customer service was not aware that they were closing early.?
The location was great, close to my home and relatively easy to access. The staff were courteous, if ignorant of any means to assist with app issues. The app has some issues. I had to cancel my original reservation and create a new one. The app often froze while I was trying to process my order.

They acted as if they had no clue I was supposed to pick up a truck. Had to call some service number to get it taken care of. It was now and easy pick up
Mobile app sucked and did not work, had to have person at Oil Change plus make it happen they did great. Uhaul app sucks.

The attendants at Oil Change Plus were very professional, friendly and well-trained in U-Haul transactions. Everything went very smoothly.
I using your truck for 5 hours. I stated I would need the truck til 4 or 5 hours. I was not told I would be charged another day if I did not return the truck by a certain time. Basically I feel you guys ripped me off.
not professional at all, when I arrive, it was lightly raining, the attendant took my contract and said go park the trailer next to the one on the parking lot. and when I asked help he said go park it there and I be there in a mint, I have hard time to park it right because the area small, he was watching me, and when I finally park it he stand there till I unhook it from my car, He don't even offer help. I asked for copy of the contract that he took , and asked for him to check the equipment , he said this is my copy, and don't worry about the trailer. this is not the way you conduct business.
I rented a tow dolly ,and did not use it because the SUV didn't fit. So I waisted $57 dollars
First off their system was down so they had to confirm over the phone for the reservation. My toe dolly wasn't reserved so I had to go all the way out to St. Peter's to get it. I had the reservation done in April and nothing was reserved like it was supposed to be.

Very unprofessional environment. The printer was out of service. We had to wait for a very long time to obtain the vehicle. The truck was old, but drover well.
The two workers were excellent! Very pleased.
This location defines unprofessional. Took over 30 minutes from arrival to depart with the trailer. Arguing between the employees as well as non appropriate language. The trailer didn't have hook grommets and wire harness. Was sent to another U-Haul location to finish proper hook up with the proper equipment.
The staff at this location wasn't knowledgeable and had poor customer service skills..
All I did was a drop off, nothing good or bad to say about this location.
We chose a different location to pick up the trailer, but was sent to this location. We requested to pick up the trailer at 5 pm (after work) and received email stating we had to pick up at 8 AM!! Called and got the time adjusted, but VERY hard to hear due to lots of background noise (changing oil). Clerk was busy changing oil and helping oil change customers and not too interested in helping UHaul customers when we went to pick up the trailer. We ordered moving blankets and this location did not have that one their paperwork. Clerk could not figure out how to enter into system, so gave us the 3 dozen blankets - which we appreciate!
lousy truck. very difficult to steer. I have white knuckles trying to control the steering on this truck. needs repair. very lousy rental.
I was there for an hour to pick up the truck. A customer showed up after me and the representative decided to work on her car because "it won't take as long". Apparently the truck had been there at least 24 hours and they never checked it in. The representative figured this out after struggling with the computer for a good 20 minutes. I was told to sign the form that documented the fuel level without personally looking at the guage. The form said 3/4 tank. When I finally got in the truck it was closer to 1/2 tank. I brought this up to the representative and he just shrugged his shoulders. This was without a doubt the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I will be moving again in a matter of months and Uhaul will likely be my last phone call. I can't imagine any other moving company treating a customer this bad when they are spending $700.00 on a one way move.
When I make a reservation for a specific pick-up location, I really do know where I want to pick up equipment...I want to use that location not some low-volume place where it takes 30 minutes to get the equipment when I have already provided all required info through your on-line reservation system. Not the first time I've been unable to get equipment from requested location, and the substitute place is always some low-volume, slow place.
Thought truck was being used for local. Waited 30 minutes due to this and truck not being ready. Realized later I was overcharged. Did not have the blankets I ordered. Sent me to another location to pick them up.
