Vehicle had the Death Wobble and it took us 6 hours to get to a 4 hour destination- had to drive less than 55 the entire way and uhaul truck was iffy at times. I will be contacting uhaul to file a complaint on this vehicle. Not happy that they would put us in a vehicle that was not safe to drive! Very stressful two days on the road.

as I mentioned to the very nice gentleman that h/u trailer, the driver's side rear tire is rusted out although I didn't experience any issues, it did make me second guess if the equipment was old and outdated or even safe to use

They were clear to give us all our options, the uhaul was ready at the time we needed it, and we were allowed to drop it off after hours and use the Dropbox. disappointed that all the pii information I provided during the reservation process had to be repeated when I go to the location. What's the point of having a reservation process and it's going to be duplicated at the location
