I went through several Uhauls before having a wonderful experience with this one. Eric was the person who originally made my reservation and I told him I would be in SC by before 12, so I made my reservation for 12. He made it for 4. I was coming from Georgia and this was supposed to be a one day trip. If it had not been for this location, you better believe I would not refer UHaul to anyone. She needs a raise.

todd N.The issue I had was with uhaul. This location the staff was great. However, my location for pick up was changed less than 24 hours before pick up. It was an extra 40 minutes out of my way. I made the reservation the Wednesday before I needed it. I clicked that I wanted to pick it up via the app. I checked the 24 hour pick up option as well. Then Saturday at 1650, I get a text that says I can't pick it up where originally chosen. I called and the best they could do was let me pick up a truck after hours in Darlington, SC, which is an additional hour and a half away from where I was moving from, and discount the truck to maybe $20 cheaper than the original price. I just find it ridiculous that it was less than 24 hours from pick up and my reservation changed.
