Everything was done online and with a text after my initial contact by phone. I never went inside the location as it was after- hours, so I can’t rate the premises beyond the lot itself. I will say the lot was very clean, easy to access and drop-off took all of two minutes. Simple turn-in procedure with the text and the young man who assisted me by phone (Shane?) was very helpful as to exactly what I needed to do related to turn-in of equipment. Based on this experience, I would recommend Old Jack Storage to anyone looking to rent UHaul equipment. Thanks! Dennis
