The employee that accepted our U-Haul return was the most decent employee we dealt with through this entire process. Every other employee and costumer service representative I spoke to misinformed me several times on several topics. U-Haul made my moving experience much more difficult then it had to be. I will not recommend U-Haul services to anybody.

Had trouble checking in ... computer issues would not allow the reservation to go thru. Took nearly 25 minutes to print contract and get keys upon pick-up. Several customers behind me had to wait.

You should have the return trucks pull in and leave vehicles on north sid of the building,the driveway to Marathon is constantly blocked and transport vehicles are unable to leave for business..

Reserved trailer yet had to wait approximately 30 mins. By the time I drove out, I believe I had been there over 45 mins. One of the two employees working went to the truck that customers had just rented and came back saying “that’s the biggest load of bullshit I’ve ever heard. He’s full of bullshit.” He went on and on in a loud voice for several minutes and for all present to hear. He was very loud and extremely rude and unpleasant. When I was told that he was going to hook up the trailer, I asked the other man if he would do it. He said he couldn’t as he was the only one able to work the desk. I waited for the rude man to come to the trailer. I asked him how tall the inside was, and he responded very rudely that if I had wanted to know the measurements, I should have asked inside. An employee with this type of negative attitude and rudeness would never be tolerated by me and is a very poor reflection in UHaul.

Better communication between the person who actually makes the reservation over the phone and the sales person who is actually at the location. I called and made a reservation to reserve a truck from 5pm to 5pm and when I went to pick up the truck I was told it was only available from 5pm to 9:30 am. However, I rented the truck anyway and went home and called the number back where I had made the reservation and explained that my storage unit would not even be open for me to unload the uhaul and have it back by 9:30 am. I was going to return the truck without even using it ! I was very pleased that the young lady Angie, put me on hold and came back to the phone and said she was able to accommodate me. I have used uhaul several times and as usual. I had a good experience. Even with a slight mix up, I would use uhaul again and refer the company to friends and family.

The 6x12 enclosed trailer I rented was dirty and never swept out before I picked it up. Positive thing was it had no mileage rates. And I didn’t have to put gas in it. So the price was cheap.

I booked a 26’ truck but it was returned by the previous renter with damage that prevented it from being able to be safely rented until repairs were made. They set me up with a smaller truck and gave me a break on cost due to the circumstances. Not an ideal experience, but they made it happen and I’m appreciative that they were open on a Sunday due to my last-minute situation.

I was a first time uhaul renter. The gentleman inside working the computer was very nice and helpful but the guy that was working outside at the return part when I brought it back was definitely not nice and a little rude. When I asked if I go back inside or have to finish anything else up he replied with a very rude and not happy “yea”. When I pulled up he didn’t direct me where to go or what to do next, I felt lost and unsure of what I had to do next. All in all not a huge deal , but if you don’t want to be at work then stay at home. Overall though a good experience.

Make sure the fuel is completely full. I rented a 10’ truck and put 29 miles on it. When I filled it up to return it took almost 5 gallons of fuel. Do they really get less than 6 miles per gallon??

Cargo van needed an oil change. It smell like cigarettes and the floor wasn't clean. The manager had to adjust the miles he wtote the correct mileage and amount of gas in the van on the contract but I was still charged incorrectly. I called to inform them, and I could only speak to a customer service representative at the call center and no one has called me back yet.

Someone needs to make sure the hydraulic brakes worked on the car haulers. It did not work properly and I was using my breaks all the time which I did not appreciate.

First trailor the mechanic tried to give me had faulty trailor lights. He said it was my harness. I told him it was brand new only used once and uhaul in nm installed it. Sales person checked my harness and it was perfect. 2nd trailor mechanic tried to pawn off on me had a broken leaf spring. Sales guy made him give me a different one. Third one was good. Cause mechani couldnt pawn off trailors he was supposed to fix.
