I stood waiting for the person to open up the office for 15 mins the open sign was on the door but no one around. When he showed up he said my pick up time was 3pm. I showed him my paperwork saying it was 2pm. The van was dirty and windows were too, the van smelled like someone had been smoking in it. Not a good experience at all. Thanks..

Cab smelled of cat urine. When the heater was turned on it REALLY smelled of cat urine - wow. Otherwise the unit worked well and did the job.

I would like to see just a cheap crank wench on the front of the car hauler for cars that don't run or like in my case had transmission issues and wouldn't move. I went and bought a ratcheting cable puller and inched the car on but a cranking wench would be very cheap and mount right on the tongue of the trailer.

Parking lot not paved dusty and huge pot holes in the dirt...kinda run down and scary especially if a female was using this location.

The location was fine and the Man I delt with was very nice and helpful. However, the parking lot area had large holes that made it hard for me being handicapped. If the place was cleaner and neater I would refer this location.

Pick up time was scheduled for 10 a.m. but when we arrived the employee said he was just about to put air in the tires... the tire ended up being completely flat so he had to upgrade to a longer truck which cost significantly more money for gas. I understand that the flat tire wasn't anyone's fault but it probably should have been figured out earlier than the time we were set to pick our truck up!

The lot was too tiny but the staff knew how to maneuver the vehicle to a safe parking place. I should have had more of a say in my conversation with the Toledo office about choosing the precise drop-off location. The staff ("Dan") was very helpful, though, and made up for anything lacking at this dealer.

There are too many trucks parked in a very small location. It is very muddy. It would be nicer if they had gravel or something. Also, when dropping off at night it is not lite very well. As a woman it is kind of creepy to go there to drop off equipment at night by myself.

This location was very cramped and the entire driveway was full of giant potholes, brimming with water from the latest round of thunderstorms in the area. Benjamin was a good guy, however.

overall satisfied with the vehicle, it was clean but stunk like farm animals. Location of uhaul center is riddled with big pot holes. Please fill in with stone.

The overall experience was ok. When I got there the truck size I had requested was not available, so they upgraded me at no charge. I was directed to park around back since I needed to leave my car there and he would get the truck ready for me. I got the keys and headed home to load up. When I got there I found that the appliance dolly I had rented had not been put in the back of the truck. Accidents happen, no big deal. I called him up and let him know if the error. He was very apologetic and said I could pick it up any time. So, I drive this larger truck back across town and pick up the dolly. He explained that he would credit me the rental of the dolly for my inconvenience; a not necessary but appreciated gesture. The move went well, but when I returned the truck just before noon, the rental location had already closed even though the hours show they are open until noon. I locked the truck up and headed out. I got my bill via email today, and I was billed for the dolly. Overall, I'm moved and I paid what I went in expecting to pay... But given the whole experience I think I'll choose another location next time.
