Let the customer know about the insurance charge. The advisor did not inform me of the $8 insurance, instead just charged me without asking me. Not Cool.

Notify customer that vehicle MUST be picked up within one hour of reservation time. I reserved the truck to be picked up at 9pm and was using the self check out method. I arrived at pick up location at about 1030pm and could not “pick up my truck” online. I called the location and did not get an answer and I called U-Haul customer service and was on hold for over 30 minutes then I hung up. I was under the impression that the vehicle would be ready at the reservation time and I would be able to pick it up anytime after the reservation started. This was very inconvenient and I had wait until the morning to start loading up. I would highly recommend putting something in the online reservation confirmation page about the one hour window to ensure customer can make accommodations.

The blankets I rented- 2 dozen- to move my home were not available and I was not informed. I showed up on moving day with no access to the supplies I rented well in advance. The option to rent accessories should not be available if the location does not have them.

Vehicle was guaranteed for 8 am pickup but location didn’t open til 9. Also, reservation was cancelled for some reason. Luckily they still had an available struck, staff was very friendly and vehicle was clean.

The woman working behind the counter was exceptional during the whole experience. Very accommodating and friendly. Parking my personal vehicle was the only issue. Limited spots in the lot and there was an individual yelling at people for parking on the street in front of his residence.

Return was troublesome. Have someone there to accept truck return during regular hours. Sign in window said something like "back soon running errands" with no time returning. When employee returned, they should have asked which of the three of us was there first.

With only one employee working on Monday morning there was a significant wait to get the truck. Also there was some concern on whether or not the furniture pads I ordered where available. The employee was very helpful and was able to find enough pads to fill my order. Unfortunately there was at least a 45 minute wait to get the truck.

I had requested an appliance dolly and a half dozen furniture pads, none of which was present when I picked up the truck. I do not feel this lapse was addressed, and I was still asked to pay for them.

I was charged for dolly I did not use - seal was already broken when I opened the truck. I was charged for 3 gallons of gas, only drove 14 miles. Instructions for truck return after-hours very confusing. Would never come back here or recommend it.

Truck cab was full of dog hair from previous user and the cup holders had rings of beverage from previous user.. The back of the truck was wet and smelled like dog.

I was told the truck gas tank was 3/4 full when I got it. It was actually 5/8 full. I put 15 miles on the truck, and put $6.00 of gas in when I turned it in. You guys then charged me over $7. for gas. Not cool. You need to check the gas gauge more accurately! I will never rent a truck from this location again.
