I was overcharged. The guy said that he rented me the wrong truck and the bill was messed up. He took about half hour or longer trying to "fix the problem" and said my bill of $70.00 would be sent to me by email. I only drove 31.75 miles and obviously am being charged for the other person's truck rental. I want this corrected asap!

Need side steps for short people. The packing area was filthy . We had to put carpet down to protect items being moved.

Stop using them. Lady was very friendly but no one knew what was going on or could help. Just took money and left us alone to figure it out for ourselves

The internet was not working and had to be done on a phone. Found out in Michigan that the hitch screw was broken and drove all the way without the hitch screwed on properly. This was found by the employee in Grand Rapids when they could not unscrew the hitch because it was broken and never screwed on. They said they would take the trailer out of service.

Assistant stopped helping with my return 3 times to wait on other "paying" customers buying drugs and alcohol. Felt like i was going to get mugged by the rif raf in the area inside and out. Worst u haul experience I have ever had from start to finish.

Your web site to book a trailer is way too complicated. Takes too long and is very technical. You ask too many questions. Keep it simple.

They didn’t have any tools to change out the ball for the truck to tow the trailer, messed up on the contract and charged me then had to reverse the entire transaction and re-do it, then charged me 30 dollars more for two items I didn’t want or need. Although I am being refunded the first transaction and the mess up from the second one, I have over 300 bucks pending in my account now from them as banks aren’t open on the weekends to “release” holds. Then my dad had to go buy a new ball as they said his wouldn’t fit, when it completely would have.

It upset me that my reservation was for 4pm, but when I arrived at 4:15pm the equipment was not there because the previous renter had not returned it. I had to wait for it to come back. Uhaul should not schedule a pick-up for the same time the return is due. This was a waste of my time.

Not all of the store employees are as comfortable with the U-haul software. Checking out the truck took over 15 minutes. It should have been a 5 minute transaction because I reserved it ahead of time. Please train employees on each shift so your customers don't have to pay for their lack of familiarity with the system.

This place was rough! Lots of scary people hanging out in the store. No one to help unhook in the back which was also sketchy. Yowsa, why did you send me here which was far away from what I asked for in Crestwood, MO? It was like a scene out of deliverance.

Truck was not cleaned out from last usage. I was told they had a truck for 19.95 a day. When we got our invoice, it was for 29.95. She never told me I was renting a higher priced vehicle. I asked for the largest truck at the 19.95 price point. Office there sold drug paraphernalia & smelled like an ash tray that had never been cleaned. I will never use her again.

I called ahead of time to ask the ball size, they didn't know. They didn't come outside. They didn't help us lift the trailer onto the ball. They were nice inside.

The place we were originally supposed to take the truck was closed, so the customer service phone # directed us to Behind the Bluffs. The folks here were very friendly and made returning the truck very easy!

Didn't have pads or the furniture dolly I ordered. Charged me for pads that they didn't have.

Didn't have the truck I reserved on the lot and they had no idea where it was. Spent 2 hours waiting for them to figure out where the truck was and what to do. Their computer showed the person before me extended their reservation then later they said it was returned but was not their. They make you contact a relative over the phone and no one was answering so they made me literally run home (because I was dropped off) to get a relative to answer the phone for them. Horrible experience! When I got in the truck the gas level was completely different then what was marked on the paper and since they ended up having to switch trucks for me I could not add furniture pads or a dolly to my order. I was late getting home all the while the clock was ticking for the movers I hired. When I dropped off the truck the lady said, it shows here you owe $3000 and some odd dollars... I looked at her and said you've got to be joking me... she plugged things in a few more times until the balance rang up $0 for return charges.

I will never use this uhaul location or suggest it to anyone. They were unprofessional and it took me 2 hours to get my uhaul. The uhaul was behind their unpaved building. It was stuck in the mud and the woman who was helping me did not even know how to connect the uhaul to my vehicle. The woman had no help at all. She did all that she could but she was also trying to run her convenient store while helping me.
