Hours were posted as 9-5. Came to the location and the door had a sign on it that they closed at 1:00 PM. Called Uhaul and they wanted me to bring the UHaul to a different location. This was after I couldn't return it on Sunday even though all your locations state they have 24 hour drop off service.
BARBARA MEquipment was great and staff was friendly, helpful and professional.
TERRY MI had to drive back up to this location to get my closed out receipt. Too many truck in the parking lot which made it difficult to park.
CHRISTOPHER SCustomer service was excellent. Staff stayed in contact from the online set-up to the delivery of the truck. Thank you.
