Employee failed at many things that I requested and stated. I told him I was returning in one city and he put down another city. I picked the trailer up at 12pm and he put me down for 11am. So I lost an hour there.Benett D.

Got charged $30 extra for being 30 minutes late. That doesn't seem very fair when you make the customer do the check in and check out process on their own. I probably could have had the process finished 15 minutes earlier but because I am not a U-Haul professional . I think this policy should be reviewed and possibly a little bit of leniency applied to your customers contracts in the day and age of coronavirus and quarantine.Justin S.
I had problems trying to return the truck on the phone it wouldn't let me put the right location in we sat there about 30 minutes I did the mileage I should get my money back for that.Carrol C.

There was a check-in snafu with the uhaul software - it issued an error "something went wrong on our end" 3 hours after i logged it back in. Fortunately, i was on the phone with one of the employees through a common friend when i returned it. I called as i was told to. I spoke to a uhaul representative who said everything was all right. Next day, i get billed for an extra day. The people at Farmville Sporting have been great, but the uhaul people not so much. Buy something at Farmville Sporting, but rent a Ryder.John W.
Your charging for a set amount of days. I had only had the equipment for 2 days and was charged for 4. If equipment is brought back within the time allotted there should be a refund of some amount.John S.
