went in on monday to see what was needed to rent a car dolly.was told needed to buy a 2 inch ball and some electrical adapters.talked about leaving thursday and was told had to give a credit card to reserve a dolly.decided to leave tuesday and was charged $20 more to cancel the thursday leave date.when we got to the destination. it was found he clearly hooked it up wrong and did not put the straps through the correct routing. a complete idiot that put our lives in danger,,,

I had one reservation canceled and had to travel an additional 40 mile to get what I need. Uhaul also had some confusion on the paper work, they called me twice saying I hadn't returned the trailer and it was two days late there would be an additional charge. I'm still waiting to see what happens!

I was unable to deliver the trailer during business hours until Saturday which would have cost me $20 extra. The U-Haul assistant told me to place the trailer after hours between the two car tote trailers and he would log it in on Friday morning. He did and I received my close out paperwork. Again, Excellent!

A lot has went on with this current reservation. The Uhaul representative was not there too issue my equipment to me. I drove over an hour away to pick up my location on a date that I had reserved it on. Unfortunately for me I had no phone service I had no way of contacting Uhaul I had to ask several different people to use their phones to try to call you hoe I waited over 4 hours and no one showed up. I was frightened I was scared I was alone. I had scheduled three individuals to help me do my move out. And due to the fact that I was not able to get my equipment I had to pay 2 hours per Movers because they had waited around. I had also scheduled a particular day for my service my utilities to be cut off because of my move out unfortunately for me I was not able to clean out my current house jeopardizing are forfeiting my deposit. My utilities were scheduled to be cut off on Friday that would gave me a typical time to clean out my house. However I did not get my equipment until Monday. My utilities were cut off that one and there was nothing I could do to have them cut back on for me to clean my unit. My service with Uhaul has cost me more than the cost of the initial equipment. Do to U-Hauls services, I lost $60 for Movers that weren't even able to help me move ($ per hour each worker) my utilities being turned off and me not able to clean my unit ($700 cleaning deposit) I was notified within 24 hours that my equipment was not available at the location I had originally scheduled to pick up. After speaking to one of U-Hauls representative I had scheduled to pick up at a location that was close to an hour and 15 minutes away. Because I was going to have to rearrange my schedule I wasn't able to pick up my equipment on the scheduled date. After calling back and making an appointment to pick up my equipment on Sunday the equipment and Uhaul representative was not available. Now with a short window of moving my things out of my house with no lights and not able to go out and seek new employees, it took me 3 days to load my truck and then a all night drive to California. Because of the weekday of my move and a short notice to my family members I was not able to have anyone help me unload. I worked nonstop from the time I got to redbluff until 4:15 unloading and trying to put my belongings in the storage. I am very hurt I am emotionally and physically drained. And too many people I came off rude hostile and angry. I was taken out of my character and felt very let down by Uhaul.

We got there at 5 pm on march 2nd not the 1st....the person was in such a rush to leave i didnt get a paper contract. It was sent to e mail ..whitch i didnt gave access to till after the trip was over ..now they show the wrong dates. ..now i owe 116.00 late charges

There needs to be a prominent sign for U-Haul to be seen from the street but they did okay for a brand-new franchise; on-site mechanic was extremely courteous and helpful with the paperwork as well as getting the equipment setup/hooked up properly. Hope this location does well.
