The customer service rep left early for the day and as a result I was charged an extra $57 for an “extra day” and I had dropped it off at 4:15 pm on the same day I had rented it. This location said that I returned it at 11:00 am the next day. Had to call U-Haul to get a refund for the extra day. There was also almost nowhere to park and I had to squeeze into a space.

They took our keys and said we were all set only to be told later via voicemail that they didn’t know where the truck was. Again, added stress that is totally unnecessary.
