Cab & back of the truck had clearly not been cleaned out from the prior customer. There was something spilled all over the cab and mud and dirt in the back. We spent about 20 minutes cleaning it before we traveled in it or loaded it. Let's just say we returned it much cleaner than was giving to us. The truck ran well and we didn't have any problems there. The after hours "pick up" app would not allow us to proceed with the process and we spent about 15 minutes on hold before we got to speak to a representative. That was disheartening but once we got her on the line, she was very helpful and the process went smoothly after that.

We were going to be a bit late bringing the trailer back Sunday after moving our daughter to Akron and they still only charged us for one day. My husband and I said several times how much we aprreciated that. We will be return customers!! These kids are always moving somewhere!!

The dolly in the truck was broken. Also, I reserved the truck at One Stop Tool Rental in West Chester OH. At reservation, they assured me the truck would be there for pick up. When I went to pick the truck up it was not there. They redirected me to the second location which put my project behind by 1 hour.

Their phones are all sorts of messed up. Called for days ahead of time and couldn’t get through. When we got there Saturday morning the guy behind the counter was really nice and saved the experience for me. Props to him

I was supposed to pick up at Colerain location and made reservation 2 weeks ahead time. Day before I was told about location change that made me change my plan at the last minute and added additional trips on my already busy schedule.

This was my worst uhaul experience. I got the truck home to find that there were no dollies in the truck. I paid for two. Then when I called the place no one answered and someone repeatedly hung up the phone. Eventually I got through to someone and he was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I will not be using uhaul for any future moves.

They didn't have our reservation, when we gave them the reference number, they said our reservation had been cancelled. Which is totally inaccurate. It put us way behind for the day by the time all this got worked out.

I was charged for mileage I didn't use. when I turned on the truck the mileage the sales person had on paper and actual mileage was 20 miles more than stated.i WISH I checked the paperwork sooner, instead of believing the tech.I drove 3 miles , didnt even need to fill the tank, it had a full tank when I dropped off yet apparently I used 20 miles! I felt cheated when I left.

I had to drop a trailer after hours, but never got a confirmation. It took 2 days before they alerted U-haul to the fact they had gotten the trailer.

Maintain your trucks mechanically and make sure they are road worthy. Steering, brakes, suspension, lack of comfort ride were all horrible.

1) my reservation was for a different location who didn’t have the size of trailer I had reserved online. 2) the second location didn’t have the size I had reserved, so I had a smaller trailer. 3) overall it took 2-1/2 hours to pick up this trailer, due to not having the trailer, to finding a dealer that had a trailer, driving to the 2nd dealer, who had computer problems / reservation problems with customer before me. Totally awful experience.
