Clean the cab of the truck out (personal belongings, debris and trash, sweep the cargo area out (prior renters small items everywhere) , shorten the 20 min wait to pick up and the other 15 to drop off. Actually have staff waiting at the desk. Rental company should do a pre trip with the renter prior to leaving the lot.

I could not get them to even answer the phone to reserve the truck. I left v/m messages that were not returned. They did not seem interested in doing business. I had to reserve it online, so I was not able to get any of my questions answered until I picked the truck up. The online reservation was for a 10' box truck and we ended up with a 20' box truck because that was all they had. They were supposed to call the day before to confirm, they did not, I had to call them to confirm my reservation. That was when I found out the truck was going to be 20' long. I had to scramble to get another driver who could drive the bigger truck. Also, the online says there will be tie downs provided with the truck, there was not, so our small amount of furniture was rolling all over the place.

The trucks brakes are very spongin and the steering is loose. When making a left turn the emergency brake alarms sounds for two or three seconds, very annoying.

Items were left in the truck, I called multiple times but never got an answer. I spoke to Brandon Meyers at UHaul customer service who said he would send a coupon to my email but I never got it. I also never got an emailed receipt.

Set up a policy that would notify the next person using a truck that the previous user is running late or won’t make it back so they don’t have to waste their time and can either be accommodated at another location or they can choose a different truck! Waited an hour for a truck that they didn’t even notify me wasn’t coming back and because of that my moving schedule was delayed. Had to move in the dark plus we had to make an extra trip because I didn’t get the size I needed. And after waiting an hour to even be acknowledged, I didn’t have time to go to another location!

I was concerned that I was unable to re-lock the keys in the box provided when I returned the truck. I called the next day just to make sure they had gotten them.

The running lights were not working on this trailer. The brake lights and turning signals worked but the lights did not come on when my headlights came on. did not notice until I was driving in the dark and it was not a good surprise

The only issue I had was the trailer had a tire that needed air. This was partially my fault as I failed to check the tires before leaving. I also liked the swing doors better than the other style. Lots more room to fit stuff inside.

All vehicles should have cruise control because drive the elderly drive these vehicles and or instrumentation to accommodate entertainment

U-Haul, You guy's and gal's are great! Once again I was able to sucessfully and safely " get my job done"! Rick and his group in Fairfeild, Ohio were fantastic, they had everything ready to go and clean and as alway's in great shape! 2 issues neith one too major.... 1. Failed to receive all of the moving blankets. Quickly remedied apon arival at drop off location but did make packing a little more challenging. 2. He failed to include the car transport trailer on contract. Again was able to be corrected just glad that there wasn’t any kind of accident and thtvo would have been in trouble for no paperwork.

When dropping off during business hours no final receipt, you have to wait for an email. Which denies you to dispute extra charges, which happened. Spoke with someone, and will fix. Still waiting…

I was the at open and there was no one there. The guy what's over 30 min late. The had no moving supplies at all. I had to go to a different uhaul to get supplies.
