GPS to continue order took many tries to recognize the location was correct. vehicle initially given was dead. both really bad issues when it's compounded by freezing weather. wasn't a spot to park vehicle when came back.

Please respond regarding my fuel charge, I was charged $15 and I filled the tank up to what it what as pick up and I would like an explanation. Thank you.
I can move faster and everything in one time
I arrived 10 minutes prior to my time, and attempted to secure the Truck using the App. The app did not work past the "take drivers photo" portion. I was unable to load a drivers license. I deleted and re-downloaded the app, and tried again. It still did not work. So, I went to the door which had a paper note taped to it that said "For UHaul help, please call this number "- with a number on it. So - I called! No answer. I left a voice mail. The note said I could also text, so I did that as well. No answer. I went inside - and stood by the desk, sending another text and heard a ding - THE PHONE FOR UHAUL SERVICES WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER WITH NOBODY TO ANSWER IT. I called DANCO - got a hold of someone who said oh, he left his phone again. Ill have someone find him. 17 minutes later (remember, I was early), I am still waiting - it is now way past my original time, putting me very behind in the plans for the moving. Finally, he comes out helping someone else (which is fine, but STAFF your business appropriately) and I am just hanging out. He had to take photos with his phone of my license. Did the contract. Then the credit card machine didn't work. Finally, at 3:47 I am given the keys and I am out the door. The truck was - not cleaned. Had not been cleaned - it was ultimately fine, but I expect better from a company that says they keep clean trucks. I feel like I got a truck that had just been dropped off and was "good enough" I would absolutely love a discount or refund of my money for time wasted. I doubt you will do that, but I was really unhappy. I have rented from Enterprise before, and their trucks are CLEAN and they fully staff their locations, I never had to wait - always what I expect. I feel this location is not staffed to actually be able to do the UHaul services, and I would have been better going to the one in Hamilton, but that was out of my way. I have used services in Ironton Ohio as well and they were GREAT! Staffed, friendly - personable- helpful! They answered the phone. The one here at Danco was too busy to show any interest at all. Uhaul was obviously the side hustle they do to make money for the transmission store. I apologize for the length of this message - but I did not feel like my time was respected, or that I was a priority and it really set me back for the whole day. At least make sure the UHAUL staff KEEPS THEIR PHONE ON THEM and answers/responds instead of acting like it is no big deal. Im sure people are on schedules, like myself, and do not have time to spare. I was 17 minutes behind schedule, I cant imagine someone being even further. Thanks for listening - I hope at least someone speaks with Danco and takes care of the lack of attention to the UHaul services.
When using the App to pick up the vehicle, the App asked for additional contacts that had to take the time to fill out. I registered online, the only thing I should have had to do was take pictures of the driver, and his driver's license. If you need additional information, force them to do so online when preregistering.
I realize that this location is just for renting equipment but having parts that are required such as a connector for lights would not take up too much space but would allow for safety immediately upon receiving equipment.
Make sure to have trucks that have good batteries. Our battery died multiple times!
Inform the customer if their not done by a certain hour you get charged double
Truck rental went great.. but while checking my bank acct I see additional charges and I don't know know?.. I put gas back in the truck , over the amount it was when I picked it up... I'm not happy with that and I will be calling 1st thing Monday morning!
Keep doing good with customers. Do not relent in your good services relationship with customers. Thumbs up.
Quick and easy.
The individual who was in charge of U-Haul transactions was not onsite and was unavailable by phone. We had to wait 45 minutes to finally get someone to help us. Additionally, the moving pads we reserved were not available. We ended up going to the U-Haul store three miles away to rent pads. I strongly recommend NOT doing business with Danco and simply reserving through U-Haul in Hamilton; as I said, it is only three miles away.
They did a geeat job

The U-Haul rep at Danco is very helpful and knowledgeable about U-Haul products. I was unable to complete my U-Haul return via the phone return app and their rep took the time to check my equipment in without me being there. If I ever need a U-Haul again Danco Transmission is the place I would go. Thank you so much for everything! Brian
The only problem was there was almost no where for me to leave the truck.
Have office open during hours posted. Return was unclear but ended up okay in the long run.
I will never use the pick up after hours service again I spent almost a half an hour trying to upload pictures of myself and my drivers license
We dropped off trailer after hours on the same day we picked it up. Went back the next morning during business hours and was told there would be no Uhaul rep in to process return that day. I called Uhaul 800 number and that rep attempted to contact location but was told the same thing. The 800 rep advised she notated account and that when rep at location returned they should process return. The next day I received email from Uhaul at equipment not being returned, went back to drop off location where we had to wait 30 minutes for the Uhaul rep (Joe) to process return. He stated he missed checking in the trailer we dropped off. Will never use this location at all and will advise others to do the same.
Got billed extra that didn't apply to me, my vehicle was reported returned @ 4:34 when I arrived at 3:04 pm. Employee not on site to complete return.
Have a person solely for the UHaul desk - guy that was there was working both this desk and fielding car repair calls. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry.
