The trailer that was provided did not have long enough straps to secure the front tires to the trailer. This lead me to have to find other means of transport including a ride and a tow truck. My vehicle is a stock Jeep Wrangler and it was confirmed by the 800 number during reservation and at the rental facility. Unacceptable.

Keep the cab area cleaner: at least clean the windshield so it is not covered with dried bugs and clean the steering wheel so it is not sticky.

The equipment that I got is not the equipment that I requested and that I had a confirmation for. Then I got offered the same equipment for an insane hour and it may be ok for some people but for me it did not work out. My initial reservation was for a 26 feet truck from 11:00 am and for 10:00 hours and it was confirmed. Then it was canceled by UHaul and replaced by a truck available from 5:30PM to 3:00 AM clearly a slight difference. when I called to complain i spoke with two of your people and one claiming to be a manager called Eric for Nothern CA. He explained to me that I was wrong not to be happy. I should be very appreciative of what i have and not be upset. He refuse to give me his last name or company ID, as it is not in U-haul policies. So I ended up with a 17 feet truck. Also, the location where the truck was available was 25 miles a way from the one i reserved from and was confirmed for, now if you were not making me pay the extra 50 miles 25 x2 then it would not bother me to go pick it up 25 miles a way but i don't believe that is your policy.... So overall not great experience as you can imagine and I was told that as a company you don't care much one way or the other.... maybe i am worng? I left the facility with a signed 3-day contract. So did not at all appreciate the regional manager, Eric, calling me as I was leaving the facility, threatening me with fees if I did not bring it back within 24 hours. They had overbooked and was short on a truck...which apparently means I was to cut my reservation short. When I explained to Eric that I had a signed contract with a 3-day return date, he (very unprofessionally) hung up on me. Not a good look for U-Haul.

I called the 800 number to let them know I could not turn in the truck when I was suppose to and they wouldn't answer I was calling since 7 am finally got through at 8:52 am and the guy I spoke with his name was Kyle was a smart ass and very rude no customer service at all. So I asked to talk to the supervisor and he was just as rude and a smart ass as the the other guy. Then the storage guys lady called and she was very rude asking where her truck was. Never again will I rent from uhaul. Customer service was very poor and I got over charged on my bill which now I have to call and get it taken care of.

Service was unfriendly and rude. I mentioned to the 1-800 customer service that I would be taking a safer alternative route the mileage given was not enough and I was overcharged. I only had 5 miles grace to travel to my destination and I was changed locations multiple times. This was by far my worst Uhaul experience.

Loved it. Truck small enough to drive with ease, yet big enough for the haul. Height was just right, didn't need a ramp. I will rent from here from now on, instead of looking for THAT friend with a truck. Billie was very nice and informative. Location is less than 2 miles from my house! Perfect everything! Thank you.

The mileage in the truck didnt match the paperwork. It was higher in the truck then what was documented. We had her scratch out and write the correct milage, but when I got my bill after we returned the truck she put it back down and over charged us on the milage. Also she was irritated that we had her do a walk through with the truck pointing out the damage that was on it so we don't get penalized for it. Overall I would not go back to her if she over charges like that. It's not right.

Horrible I drove 300 miles to get the trailer at the pick up location and when I got there they said sorry we don't have it it her and I had to drive 26 miles in the opposite direct to get the trailer that was suppose to be at my registered pick up location

I reserved early and prepaid. Address for pick up was nonexistent. Called phone number provided and was a bad number. While searching the area another office several miles away called to see where we were and gave us correct address and phone number where they were located. No apology. When we arrived we encountered a stone faced grumpy male manager who was rude, condesending and argued with me that NOONE PAYS IN ADVANCE. IT IS AGAINST POLICY HE SAID AND HE REFUSED TO LOOK AT MY RECEIPT. NO APOLOGY FOR ANY POSSIBLE MISUNDERSTANDING. I EXPLAINED I RESPONDED TO COMPANY AD TO PAY EARLY TO SAVE TIME. HE GLARED AT ME AND TREATED ME LIKE A STUPID FOOL. He continued to argue with me. WHEN HE FINISHED PRINTING MY PAPERWORK HE SAID, "Oh it is paid." NO APOLOGY CROSSED HIS LIPS. He represents my worst experience with poor customer service in my life. Plus the truck driver window had been left open on a super rainy/stormy day so the truck interior/seat was saturated. The female office partner brought out a bag of new work rags that would not absorb anything. The truck was parked against a wall so I had to stand in the pouring rain while she futully tried to dry off the cab. I asked her to let me do it so I could get out of the rain which she eventually agreed to do. I asked her to please stop because I was getting drenched and I wanted to get in the truck out of the rain and her response, "well, I am getting wet too. " When trying to get the 20 ft truck out of the gate there was another 17 ft truck improperly parked right next to the turn and I could not maneauver out of the gate. I tried five times to no avail. The office staff could easily see my struggle. I got out of the truck and headed to the office to ask them to move the truck and the female partner came out before I got to their door and did move it so I could easily then exit. Again no apology for the inconvenience to me. I have used UHaul about 15 times in the course of my life. Even though the drop off return was well handled by lovely staff, I will NEVER rent from UHaul again. Trying to pick up the truck was a nightmare that should never have occurred. The man in the office should not be allowed to abuse the public under the guise of customer service. He obviously does not know UHaul's current marketing efforts at improved customer service. His behavior and attitude were not repeated by me because I was raised to respect others and treat them kindly. He acted like a total jerk. Anyone can have a bad day but he behaves like he has a bad life made up of unending bad days. He was pitiful.

I didn't realize it was such a small location so i thought there was more room, and i had more time to get there but my truck ended up blocking their entrance. They were accommodating to our needs and comp'd us for some of the troubles we had. And for that i appreciate them.
