The online check in could have been a little clearer and faster
The location was fine. The catches, numerous fees, and aggressive stickers "YOU DAMAGE! YOU PAY!" was all really jarring. Kinda felt dirty ya know? Get in there and whoah here's a huge contract with nonsense like arbitration and liability shuffling. Step into the van and got all these labels and warnings and signs screaming at me. It's a real awful experience. This location was fine and the manager there was helpful, polite, and fast.
This location was nice enough, the equipment was brand new, and the person who helped me was very friendly. My only complaint was that the process of renting the vehicle through your website was not very user-friendly.
Cigarette butts were in ashtray and all the moving pads were wet and smelled of mildew. I would not recommend this U-haul location.
For the second time. As a leave the store within one minute the gas goes below what it should be. I think it related to parking in uphill or downhill which cause the gas indicator is higher than what's in the tank. Please make sure you indicate the right amount of gas is in the car before the customers receive their rental
One headlight is dim so needs replaced. I did not use but one blanket so not sure if only charged for what I exactly used rest still in plastic.
Renter had not started or cleared 1/8" of ice off vehicle, considering I reserved it. Only real gripe.
You have to check in early at this location. There is only one person working the drive-thru and helping you. The check in process took longer than it should have
Maybe a sign that says "for UHaul rentals enter here" At first we were unsure as to whether to walk into the drive-thru.
I tried picking up the truck by using my mobile device, but it did not go well at all. I then tried going through the store clerk, and that still took 20-30 minutes. Bad experience overall.
A van like this really served my needs better as a bachelor, and the price was such that I could keep it multiple nights. Not a bad deal. The owner was kind and helpful, and the facilities were clean. My one critique would be that I rented a dolly that came without bungeeing cords. I'm sure you offered to rent them to me, but still ... come on.
We used the online pickup and were unable to log into the account and complete. Nobody was there to help, and we were on hold for over almost an hour With the toll free number, while the website was â€œprocessingâ€. We were on a schedule and this is unacceptable. We never did speak to anyone except an agent who said after the processing completed â€œwe're busy@. Not even an apology. Terrible customer service.

Honor your promises!!! I reserved the morning of the rental, got there a few minutes before it was supposed to start. Waited in line for 30 minutes while the attendee dealt with a return. There were other people there, but apparently they couldn't be bothered to man the check in or check out desk. When my turn came, the guy was insistent that I had to return it at the time, exactly, which was now only an hour and a half, vs. the 2 hours I rented for. I said I'd do my best. He said he couldn't rent to me then. I was left with movers at my house, and no move truck. Completely sh177y customer service. NEVER AGAIN.
Good location, good equipment. However, this is a one-man operation, and if it gets busy with the co-located business (drive-thru) it can take a while.
Customer service was outstanding, efficient, timely and smooth. The rep was comfortable to interact with and the business was very clean and professional. I would rent from there again.

The guy was rude. He called me when I was and hour late and gave me a hard time for not picking up the truck on time. The truck was covered in dog hair too!
The place is a dump and the service was extremely slow. The truck was clean enough but it shook like a wet dog above 60mph. The Uhaul process including sending a link to take a picture of a license, providing a reference and a second phone number, is insane. Uhaul will be my last choice for future rental needs.
I got there and was told there was no room. But he let me drop off anyway.
Not enough parking. Lot was dark with not much lighting. The lot had a lot of pot holes. The 24/7 app did not work properly, and I had trouble returning the rental. It was an extremely frustrating return process after a long, hot day of moving. I would not recommend the 24/7 app/ process at all!
Crack in the windshield, our rental was not ready, not even back by the time we were supposed to have it. This made us run later than we expected. The â€œinvoiceâ€ I received via email had all zeros on it. Amount paid? 0..Amount previously paid? 0 Amount charged? 0..ridiculous
