Don’t know much because we dropped the keys off in the drop box. It’s attached to a drivethru located next to the University and is very busy and parking for a large truck is a little tricky. But having it next to the university is very convenient:)

Bill what you quote. When I rented the vehicle I was provided an estimated quote that did not include an insurance charge. When I picked up the vehicle which was not at my preferred or closest location (further away so I incurred an additional mileage cost) I was told it was not an option to decline insurance. While it was only a $10 additional charge, that should have been explained and part of the original quote. I don’t like doing business like this. The vehicle was fine and I had no problems. But I feel like I was taken advantage of for an additional $10. Please train your people so they quote accurately.

I have to change the pickup location, as i didn't find the van reserved at the first place, the first location didn't find my reservation on the system when i was there, The second pick up location was very busy with just one person there, also my first reservation was totally canceled , I suppose it should have been rescheduled, however they just canceled it and made a new one.

I was very thankful that Wright Spot happened to have the truck we needed. This was short-notice, after another company didn't come through, and had no other suitable units within 50 miles. This was a very nice truck too.

took over 30 minutes to drive off in the truck, turn signals did not work, front suspension worn to the point that the steering was erratic and scary, returning the truck took almost 20 minutes

I was unable to complete the reservation over the web because I was not allowed to put in my wife's number as the alternate contact because she was a Project Fi (which your staff continually misrepresented as "project 5") customer, even though this is a common network for users of Google Pixel phones (you know, another flagship brand whose customers you REALLY should NOT be trying to alienate). Then when I had to complete it in person on location, I somehow got insurance added back on (no, I did NOT sign for it) and now the email address I was told to write to for questions is not responding. So basically you guys made what should have been a 5 minutes process take 30 minutes, and you charged me extra. As far as I'm concerned, this is a failure on several levels on your part, and I will not be using your system again anytime soon.

I will tell anyone that listens to avoid UHAUL and all its products and services if they charge me an additional $175. I will go with ANY OTHER PRODUCT if that charge goes through.

Had the truck needed and was courteous and helpful. Since this was a dual facility (primarily a drive-thru,) I was impressed at how well the operator knew his customers, and he helped me right along. When renting online, I'll definitely reserve online from this location if they have the equipment available.

Charged for an unnecessary cleaning fee when it was gross to begin with. We are not happy. We also made sure to return the truck with a full tank as told, and we were still charged $34 IN GAS. ABSOLUTLEY RIDICULOUS

The truck smelled horribly, and the customer service was horrible. The man was extremely rude, could not understand him because he could hardly speak English. I had a reservation and was on time, but it took almost 30 minutes to get the truck because he kept interrupting me to help other customers coming in after me. Dis the same thing when I returned the truck and then argued with me when I asked for a receipt. He refused to give me one until I told him I,wasn't leaving without a receipt. He was extremely rude, and terrible place to rent from especially considering what I paid for the truck. I did not trust him at all, horrible attitude! I paid over $90 for very very bad service. Very disappointed and probably won't use uhaul again. Will never ever use that business for anything(wright spot drive thru) which is where Uhaul told me to go. Had I not been with friends that regularly use U-Haul I would have made the decision to never use your services again. They, however, assured me this just happened to be the worst service they've had and it was simply the fault of this specific dealer. The gentleman in charge kept abandoning us to take care of his drive through clients. He did not assist us in checking over the vehicle before we signed off on it. He also gave us misinformation about drop off locations and what was expected of me as a customer. When confronted with a question he would blow us off completely or just give some vague and unrelated response. Based on this experience I would never use U-Haul again, but I trust in my friends' experiences and for my next move will try to give it another go.

The location was not clearly marked. The building was dirty and dark. The service was extremely slow, and the employee kept walking away to serve drive through customers.
