The lady I rented from was fast and courteous. However, by the time I drove home (about 10 miles), the oil service light was on. I checked the dipstick and no oil showed on it. I put 3.5 quarts of my own oil in it (of the correct viscosity) to get the quantity to where it should be. When I filled the gas tank in Montgomery, prior to turn in, the vehicle took 19 gallons of fuel. I had driven slightly over 100 miles,. When I had picked the vehicle up, it was supposed to be fully fueled. The gauge showed just short of the "F", signifying full. Since I didn't know that vehicle, I had to assume that was the full reading, based on my paperwork. When I filled it, the needle was past the full mark. Obviously I was shortchanged on fueling. OR, that vehicle gets 5.4 miles to the gallon, which I don't believe is the case. I won't use this dealer again.
