The attendant was very helpful all went smooth.
Do not hide fee's. The rental was several hundred dollars more than was articulated to me.
We are disappointed that we are having to send this e-mail. We have used uhaul multiple times and Normally we have nothing but good experiences but this time will be our last. First off, we are being relocated for work and needed to make a hasty eservation. We put in the reservation online and realized the return date we entered didn't save so we called to adjust this. Instead of just moving our return date to 6/29, our pickup day was changed to this. so, Secondly, when we arrived at uhaul And the auto transport we had reserved had been given away. Then, the associate at the Shoreline, WA location while on the phone with we believe transportation told us that there were no (zero) auto transports in the entire area. She said that there were only two tow dollys and that they were both on whidbey island, a ferry ride away. We told her while still In store that online it said the tow dolly was not compatible with our Nissan rouge all wheel drive car and she assured us that they double checked and that it would work. So off to whidbey island we go on a ferry ride. Mind you, we were trying to leave Washington state to move across the country by 1pm, (which we would've been able to if it wasn't for all of this). So then we get to Clinton on whidbey island and the associate there tells us what we thought, which was that the tow dolly was not going to work for our rogue and that the only way to make that work would be to disassemble our vehicle, which if that's what the shoreline associates meant by it would work then... that definitely doesn't work we want to keep our car assembled. so the Clinton, whidbey island associate made some calls for us and told us the closest actual auto transport was in Bellingham, WA which was 2 additional hours north of where we were. So at this time we were already 4 hours late to leaving and freaking out. We made some calls on our own to uhaul on the ferry ride back and finally found someone that found us an auto transport in Everett, WA which is only 30 min north of where we were. So that was great we go there and get the transport. that associate at the location on Broadway is awesome, but he actually had TWO transports there. So almost $3000 dollars later and now after we finally get everything and get going we are 7hours late to leaving. I was on the phone with literally 6 different people today 6/16 for over an Hour and still nothing was accomplished in resolving this. The first 4 kept transferring me around to no one helpful, then finally I talked to a customer service rep who helped for a while then she transferred me back to someone not helpful who then sent me to a transportation person who gave me this email and was done with me. The customer service rep said that she thinks the issue is that locations are not inputting the equipment on their property correctly. This seems like it is literally what keeps the company running, is knowing where the equipment is and keeping track of
We really like the contactless method of pre checkout and turn in of our rental with pictures via mobile phone.
I feel I am being over charged , I have rented from your company at least 10 times, I have never felt this way . I felt I was never disclosed 1.39 per mile

The on site manager was rude, and said there were no trailers for rent and that she would not rent a trailer to me. i turned to look and saw 5 trailers in the lot with web site confirmation that there was a box trailer, and a utility trailer available. i was asked to leave when an Asian gentleman appeared out of no where and was more than willing to rent the trailer to me, and thanked me for my business.

The employee charged me (before I drove away with the truck) for two days without asking how long I wanted it. I originally planned on one day but i figured i might as well use it to move for two days because i was charged for two days. The following day another employee called me, asking where the truck is and why i havent brought it back. She said another customer was scheduled to use it. Her paperwork indicated I only had it for one day, but i pulled out my paperwork and read it to her to prove that i paid for two days. She then realized the employee had made a mistake, but she still insisted on bringing it in before 8 am the following day. Now if I had to bring it in before 8 am the following day that means I paid for two days but they still requested it back early, therefore I wasnt able to use it for the full two days. Overall I'm just not very happy with my uhaul experience on this occasion. I understand people make mistakes, I will be the first to tell you I've made business mistakes that have greatly inconvenienced my customers, but I am here to just inform uhaul on what happened. I did however rent a uhaul several weeks ago at a lake Steven's location. That went smooth as butter. Thank you for your time.
The lady at the front counter was not very helpful and when I told her I needed to drop it off in Chelan she said it was fine to do that but when they went to drop off the trailer at the ONLY uhaul site in Chelan, they said they were too full and had to drive to Omak. I was not happy and there was no way they could drive to Omak to drop off the trailer. They should have called the drop off location or something to make sure it was not full.

Personnel and product were excellent. However, needed to use a restroom desperately and none was available... Sent me down the street to a Subway shop...
Not open when said
We went for a trailer but our hookup for the lighting didnt work. I couldn't get it to wire correctly so we needed up having to use a van instead. So instead of a $14.95 rental it turned into a $50 rental. Not too happy about that. Other than that this place has been super nice to us and very accommodating. Thank you for that!!
Workout the details with the web based agent-less pickup. It's a great idea that almost works, but needs better explanation and easier recovery for location agents when things don't go well with the website.
It was not a good GPS ..stated turn on 8th which I did. Had to figure out where the place was GPS or your company may want to add a directional to find it in. Traffic I was happy it was a small truck But rather than turn right on 8th and 100 feet on left ..maybe print directions that say 100feet past 8th turn right into location and maybe actually have it opened till 5 as stated on the sign I was there at 3 .
The 800 number was great it was easy to find a truck that was an overall good experience their truck was nice and clean and nice to drive

The vehicle was not cleaned and in fact had significant pet hair on the passenger seat - preventing my partner from riding with me as she's allergic to dander. This despite the vehicle only having 372 miles on it - no excuse!
Other then I reserved a 20ft truck and got a 15 ft truck and tiny ass trailer that by no means came close to making up the space it was great
it's a moving and storage place had to disconnect the trailer myself.
Rual did a great job! So accommodating and helpful. I will rent from him again.
