The staff that I dealt with were great. I had problems renting because I didn't have acceptable documents and had to go get them. That was frustrating but not a big deal. Each time I was there there was no one around.I would just have to wait until someone appeared to help me. We reserved online and everything was in order except for noyes accepting a prepaid debit card. The biggest problem I have is there is no secure spot for your car that is left in the parking lot. Obviously I had to get there to get the truck so my vehicle is there. In that one night my window was busted and everything in it was stolen. They were in the long enough to even find the remote for the stereo which they removed without cutting the wires. The bmw next to me also had a broken window and no stereo. There are cameras everywhere to protect everything of theirs but customers property is not safe.

I think the pricing is very over priced! I think U-Haul should have set rates cause I paid almost double the price and had to get a smaller trailer!

Very poor service, waited 20mins for someone to come out and greet me at the truck drop off. Other issues with fuel gauge and instead of listening the employee kept stating it was his last day and he just didn't care.

Check your oil and coolant levels BEFORE releasing a vehicle to a customer. Also, keep an eye(ear) out for bad brakes. The squealing is annoying. Other than that, no real issues. Would do it again. Thank you!

Honor a return of a an unused UHAUL box back, even without a receipt. It's obvious I purchased the box at UHAUL, it has they Uhaul name on it. Any location should be able to provide a return for an unused purchase without a receipt. Highly irritating - I don't care if your books are not able to be kept if there is not a receipt. I purchased the box at another Uhaul location, and I should be able to return the unused box at any Uhaul location. Bad customer service - not honoring returns, just because there is no receipt. Fix it Uhaul - it's an internal administrative scenario that you should not drag your customers into. Your franchises should be able to know how to refund an unused box or roll of tape without a receipt. Every time I've used Uhaul to move, I've had some significant snafu that highly irritated or stressed me - not all my fault. As a customer, I am really disgruntled with Uhaul and in the future, I guarantee you that will go to every effort possible to find another rental service next time I move. I doubt I will even get half an acknowledgement about this review - whoever the CEO is needs to be fired - and get someone in there who has some experience and knowledge about customer service and how to make sure this happens with franchises and company locations.
