I accidentally left my keys attached to the Uhaul key.. when I turned them in they sentysent keys out with the uhaul.. like how would you not know their is more than 1 key on that? I don't understand

The employee I dealt with at this location his name was Conrad OKeef He was Rude ingnorant and very uncooperative when he over billed me 800.00 it was deducted out of my account causing me to contact my banks fraud department later to find out it had been refunded back to me but now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to be credited to my account! I reported it to management at a minimum he should be disciplined or terminates!

Your employees gave me a contract for a different truck then I had . I brought the truck back with more fuel then had been marked in the contract, but when I returned the truck, Elizabeth proceeded to tell me that because they messed up with the contract that I'd be having to pay for the difference in fuel. That shit pissed me the fuck off! I'll never be using that location again.

Picked up trailer 15 minutes before closing on Sunday the 10th of Sept because I needed to use before opening on Monday. Was not able to get back by closing on Monday and returned at 7:45 A.M. on Tuesday the 12th. Was informed that because I had equipment over 24 Hrs I would have to pay for another complete day. I felt that a partial charge would have been appropriate especially considering trailer was due to be rented that day and I had it back very early. This meant that you got paid twice rental fees for Tuesday which I find unacceptable. Employees were courteous enough but totally unsympathetic and very short about my concerns. WILL NEVER RENT ANYTHING FROM U HAUL AGAIN DUE TO YOUR INFLEXIBLE POLICIES

WAS/WERE ??? the personnel helpful? The security system is a PITA and easily compromised. Access should be at the unit, not remote. Also the location doesn't justify the expense.

We had the worst experience. In Eureka. Horrible service. Their forklift was broken and they couldn't get out storage box out. Had to leave our stuff behind and move to Portland. Will go with Ryder or someone else in the future.

Make sertain that Mileage is recorded correctly, because I strongly feel that It wasn't, I ended up having to pay an extra about $1. I know for fact that I recorded the mileage for my own record. When returned I was UNDER the 600miles I had paid for. So how was it over? It's not a big deal cause it was only $1. but what if it was like $50? Either way it means that someone wasn't doing their job.

I do not like the fact that I have to give you an email address in order to rent your equipment. When I made my objection to the CR, I was told blankly and rather rudly "That is the way it is. Nothing I can do about it." Is that true?

TIME ... I went in at 1:30 ish and by 3:00 most of the paperwork had been done. We went to inspect my hitch,not a problem , but I did need a new 4 wire plug . NOBODY was available and was told not until the next day could this 15 min job be done! My crew had to reschedule as well as my day and TIME. You tell me what you THINK should do ?
