This was not my first pickup location. I had to drive 40 minutes one way to get the truck, and the checkout process was not fast enough given the delay.

Rebecca H.The truck I reserved would not even start so we lost an hour and a half moving time having to switch to 3 different trucks, the second truck could not be unlocked so we had no choice but to get a larger truck that was larger than needed which of course cost us more in fuel, it was a horrible experience considering the decision to rent a uhaul was supposed to make the move quicker less stressful and cut costs
Glenda B.The headlight are very dull. A two hour trip back home took me almost 4 hours due to the dim lights. On bright noone signaled me they were on Brite due to them being so dull. Driver door would not close fully. Air enter door causing a very distraction.
