This was not my requested pick up site. This was 20 miles away from my requested site. The gentlemen at this site were very helpful in getting me compensated for the inconvenience that I haul created. Too bad they could not compensate for the time delay for the hired helpers.

I did not like not having a representative present in person to help with the rental process. Personally I am not computer savvy to take this type of task upon myself.
They rented me a damaged Uhaul that was not properly documented that made me incur $419.86 of damage I did not do. We did no inspection. I was not encouraged to do an inspection. The black X sticker system was not explained to me. I was allowed to rent a damaged uhaul
Try to get more of the General motors 9' Van's. The 9' Ford van did the job but was not the most comfortable cargo van I've driven.
On-line checkout system worked horribly (or, to put it better - did not work). Ended up waiting until location opened and checking-out with a real person.

The staff was friendly, no issue there. The issue I have is with the state of the truck I received. It was most certainly not cleaned or inspected. I immediately found trash and previous users belonging in the front seat. When I arrived back to my home and opened the back, I found it to be very dirty and there were lots of tie-down rob still on the side rails. It took me 15 mins to clean it out and remove all the rope. There is a sign in the truck that says users will be charged $25 if the truck isn't clean - I would be satisfied if I was credit $25 since I had to do that work.
The guys there are great I ran into bad traffic and they understood I would be running late but as long as I called in it was ok
I think you need more servers. It's not fair to the workers who are trying to get customers rentals. When I stopped in twice, once to reserve the truck, and second to puck it up, they got kicked off the site from overloaded servers.
Very satisfied with cargo van I rented and especially satisfied with the experience during rental process. The rental agent was easy going and knowledgeable, answering all my questions about rental agreement, leaving no ambiguity about cost or fees. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. I will definitely rent from Kwik Stor Self Storage again.
We thought the inside of the truck could have been cleaner but we were quite satisfied with our experience overall.
I rented a van, was quoted $19 and $.29 a mile. Upon return I was charged $79 for the rental instead. I tried to contact Uhaul via chat and was given false information and the agent was horribly rude. I then called Uhaul to discuss further and was put on hold for over 20 minutes, only to then be sent to another business. I called back and the agent took my information and I have yet to receive any explanation. I did get an email from Uhaul with the final pricing for my rental, which I already had. Very dissatisfied. I feel as though they were deceptive and unfair and the customer service has been atrocious.
I was a little nervous about doing this all through my phone when I went to pick up and drop off my vehicle. But it was so easy to follow and understand. I will be renting my U-Haul van from this location from now on. Thank you.
Hire some humans! Online reservation was difficult and badly designed. Mileage was too expensive. Wbat's with this 'sharing'? Are trucks no longer 24 hours?
