Have a friendlier clerk. The young lady seemed like a robot spilling out what she was supposed to say. I had to keep asking her to speak up. She was not interactive at all and just wanted me out of there. Previous experience at this location has been awesome.

made reservations to pick up at highlands ranch and had to go to this location to pick up. It wasn't the location fault but why take a reservation if you aren't able to grant it.

Initial ordering was via phone (regional/national, not Englewood staff) and was terrible experience. Danielle assisted us at the Englewood facility and was absolutely outstanding.

I returned a trailer. The equipment dropoff area was unusable since a person returning a large moving truck had not pulled up very far and was unloading a car off a trailer towed by truck. I parked the trailer back in the spot it belonged. The person that check-in the trailer was irratated I had not followed the "rules". A little understanding would be nice. It was impossible for me to use the equipment check-in location.

Although the folks were nice and tried hard, the computer system was awful. It required me to check-in and make sure my truck would pull the trailer but it failed to send me to the right location to pick up the trailer. Then, it offered me a discount to return the trailer to Littleton but couldn't confirm. Then I got a call while I was driving to Steamboat the next day asking why I hadn't returned the trailer yet in Littleton. I just laughed. Finally, the dolly given to me was broken but there was no way I was going back too the pick up facility. Your computer system needs some serious work as no matter how hard your employees work, they cannot make up for an awful computer system.

You just installed new computer system that they don't know how to operate. I told the rental guy that I was dropping the truck off in Florence. He didn't get it on the contract, so imagine my fun surprise when I went to drop it off in Florence and was told that I was supposed to return to Englewood. The guy in Englewood highlighted the drop-off section and said...this is weird, it normally shows the drop off location. It is ok though. And...lets increase the number of miles you are going so you don't get charged extra on the other end. My $215 rental went to almost $400. In addition, I told rental guy I wanted rental for 2 days. Ok he says. The drop off guy informed me that I can only have one day on a one way and is now having to charge me extra. I dropped it off about 26 hours after renting it. Awful experience.

I accidentally got charged an extra $670 money I don't have to be just throwing around. It's been a week and I still haven't received my refund due to all of the "protocols" but I guess that's okay cause they don't have to pay my bills

The line backed up, and for most of the time, only one person behind counter. One guy was very grumpy about where to park, seemed on a power trip. The rest of the guys were fine.

Nothing everything went well Special shout out to the man who checked in the uhaul at the end not sure if he was a mechanic or what he was an older gentleman. He was amazing. Super nice and friendly helped us unload some stuff. Great guy

After I dropped off the vehicle I followed up with a call about a lost item I thought was in the truck. The person I spoke to indicated they would check for the lost item and get back to me. I have not heard back.

Worst experience of my life. I will be calling and complaining shortly. The emloyee at the pickup location was very rude. When I got home with the trailer I found a loose bolt of the tie down strap. On top of this there was no paper work given to me upon rental.

I reserved and was confirmed a pickup for Saturday, 1 July, and depended on that truck to finish my move. I arrived on time and waited, the clerk verified my order but said 'sorry no vehicle available, go to the Santa Fe dealer'. The SF Mgr was so nice and professional, no problems there. However, County Line dealer was rude. The different location added 30 miles to my move and an addition 2 hours in drive / wait time. No compensation for this extra cost. I am very disappointed and will not recommend U-Haul to anyone.

There was a customer drop off that said wait for an attendent to check you in. No one came to help. I went into the store and asked one person and they said to go out and wait. So I did. No one came to check us in. So I went back in and Lance said to just drop the trailer and leave. Very unprofessional and they were not busy.

Work on how to speak to customers. There is an employee who has a "tone of voice" and method of communication that is not helpful and is antogonistic. I experienced it and watched as another did as well. It seemed rooted in "you can't do this" rather than "we have a problem, but this is what I can do for you"
