The manager was very rude and condescending when I called and asked about my return and the credit I thought I had coming back to me. It was an inquiry on my part his response was uncalled for, Corporate Office was called. Worst Uhaul experience EVER!

The staff was very friendly but was surprised at the $10.00 charge added for the collision waiver. The pricing was a little misleading because it was identified that we couldn't rent the vehicle without paying the $10.00 collision waiver even though a car insurance covers rental vehicles. Other than that, great staff and clean vehicle.

The "average" rating comes from the check out experience. Even when I check in on-line and get the confirmation that my process will be efficient, the in-store experience is cumbersome. And if it is a new employee? Ridiculous. Almost can't get out of the store. Process is even more incongruous because I rent trailers from 2 - 5 times/month all summer and the personnel going through the gyrations know me personally. Maybe need a frequent customer loyalty program???

Didnt request an utility dolley or furniture pads and they were put on the uhaul they weren't used at all and yet I was charged for them.

I frequently rent for this location and have never had a problem until today. Charged more than what your sign says, tried to charge me for gas but luckily I always take picture of gas gauge and odometer and Trailer was not properly hooked up. Your weekend crew was not so good.

Trailer was very old looking. It was cleaned but just beat up and rusty. Rear door latch became disconnected from door after 55 miles. At 800 miles left wheel was wobbling and about to fall off. Had to get new trailer to continue to destination

Worst experience I've ever had. Staff is incompetent with zero customer service skills. Staff could not assist 4 customers in a two hour window.

Don't misrepresent the final figures on milage by nearly 60 miles. Respond to my emails regarding the overcharge. Staff properly for a busy Saturday. Customer service would be nice. Not the front staffs fault, definitely a management problem. Do good business. Don't overcharge or undercharge. Just charge people for what they use.

The trailer we rented was sub-par to say the least. It was covered in rust, one of the turn signals didn't work (they still let if go off the lot), and we could not get the trailer to detach when we dropped off, so we had to disconnect the receiver hitch from our truck n leave there when we returned the trailer. (I've since called and left several msgs for the mngr, none of which have been returned.) I've used Uhaul a lot in the past, but after this experience I am very reluctant to do so again. I know of a local company here in Denver where for just a few $ more you can get quality equipment and better customer service. I will gladly pony up the few extra $ not to deal with the headache n ordeal we went thru this last go around. (Unless SOMETHING is done to help rectify this previous experience..as mentioned I have left several msgs with the local branch/store as well as sent an email to the GM..I'm all about 2nd chances..will update review if applicable)

Parking to access storage area is a little dicey at times, but otherwise site was clean and easily accessible.

We originally rented a larger truck to pick up at your Highlands Ranch location. We arrived and waited in a long line for about 30 minutes before getting to an agent who told us they did not have our truck. Not only that they were not planning on helping us find another truck. The customer service at the Highlands ramch location was atrocious. They finally found us a small truck at the Sante fe location. I was in tears leaving. We had a group of friends waiting at our house to move and now we had to drive 20 minutes out of our way. Once we got to the Sante Fe location the manager who helped us was more than apologetic and helped us to rent 2 small trucks in order to try to make up for not having our large truck we should have. The gentleman manager (I can’t remeber his name) was so kind and helped saved the day. Please know, that our experience was so bad at Highlands Ranch we will try to use someone else if we have a rental truck need. The Sante Fe location associates were all happy to be doing their job and more than kind to everyone they were helping.

See my email.. Complete snow job by person who rented me a damaged truck as he tried to "slip" the damage by me. Never disclosed it and just wanted to get a damaged truck off his lot thru a one way rental. Very unethical behavior and action should be taken.

Our experience with Xander was AWESOME. It’s not the easiest thing in the world to be chipper at 7am and he greeted us with a smile, and entertained us through the whole process! He will be the reason we continue to go to uhaul. The world needs more Xander’s!!

when I arrived you had some people walking around wasting time th Andre Lyons stdep in and got me checked out and i was on my way. when I returned the trailer Andre was right there to get the trailer checked in and i was on my way in less then 15 minutes which was very much appricated Than you Andre Lyons

Was stuck in traffic caused us to be 2 hours late. We got charged for 2 days! ?? when we found out about the charge the next day we called they said they would check into it and call us back.... Day 2 still no call back. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT!

Everything went well with this rental except the return. We dropped off after hours but there were two people inside. Our car was parked in a very dark place next to the building and we saw three people loitering around my car. We knocked on the door to see if they knew who was out there. A man came out and was rude, belligerent and inappropriate. He accused us of thinking the worse about these unknown people, asked how would he know if we were there to rob him and basically accused us of being biased, although biased against who is unclear. He finally told us they were customers waiting on Uber which is exactly the kind of info we were hoping to get without the attitude. You all should be promoting safety on your premises not challenging our concern and belittling us. Better safe than sorry seems to wokk well here.

Prepair to long from my schedule more than 30 minute, so im lose 30 minute, my schedule for rent from 1 pm to 5 pm , but the charge me same lake my rent schedule.... i hope u-haul understand if this not fair.
