Rental location was originally Emmett muffler I recieved a voice mail stating my 20 ft truck was not available and a 26 would be substituted. On arrival no Gps recognition ,No keys called help line and was routed to new location and everything was handeled by your help line rep.Not real pleased with the 24 hour self checkout system but your help line personal and thier level of training made it an enjoyable day. Fixed all the issues and kept me a UHaul customer.

The folks in Donnely and in Emmet worked well with me when the trailer I had previously reserved did not show up. They found a trailer for me and were very professional and courteous in solving the problem.

When we opened the back of the truck, we found the floor to be quite dusty. We had to sweep it out before we could load our furniture and belongings. Other than that, everything was perfectly wonderful. The people at Mountain West were pleasant and helpful, and the truck was just what we needed to finish our move. We'll definitely be return customers should the need arise.

We recently moved from WA to ID. In the process we rented trailers 3 times. Twice the location was changed on short notice with little regard for where we had to pick it up. The first time we tried to rent from a location a mile from our home. The change was to a location 20 miles away--Pick up and drop off. Fortunately the last change was to this location. The service is great . The people are helpful and friendly. So this time we saved the hassle and rented directly from them.

Make sure you let people know if they are doing the remote pick up online to leave at least 30 minutes to answer all the questions they ask in addition to those you already give when booking your reservation. If you know someone is going to be picking up a rental it would be nice if you parked it close to the check out box or at least on the gravel and off of the wetland mosquito infestation. We got eaten alive while trying to walk around the truck in all the "up to our knees tall grass" to look at the damages we were asked to report and take photos of. We live in Emmett and are country folk so were used to natures creatures but this was ridiculous.

You can check how customers park the trailers. They had placed the trailer's back on an uphill. It was extremely difficult for my husband to hook up the trailer with the tongue on a downhill slope.

This was the drop off on my paperwork but I was given a different drop off location after I dropped it off and tried to self check on the computer. This system is NOT a good way to drop off. How do you drop something off if you don't know the site until you drop it off and then try and self check via the web site. Unacceptable and ridiculous!
