I have rented (3) 26' Trycks in (3) weeks time. Improvement in the "Consistency" in what is provided with each truck rental is where I think improvement is needed. My Experience: I rented a 26' truck from the Elyria Storage Zone this a week prior to this rental. When I opened the back, there were at least 4 moving blankets folded inside (not in any type of sealed bag or container but folded and sitting on the wheel wells) as well as a dolly (which was also free in the truck and laying flat over the blankets on the wheel well). After that rental and before this one I also rented a truck from a Retail U-Haul Location and was surprised to see that both the blankets and dolly were included inside but secured with clear notation regarding charges assed if you chose to use them. When I realized I would need one last truck rental to finalize emptying out my shelters at the Elyria Storage Zone, I chose to rent from the Storage Zone Location instead of the Retail U-Haul Location out of simple convenience. I did bring my own dolly for this rental because it is heavier duty than the one available in the truck and converts to a cart. I also brought a 4'x10' roll of bubble wrap which I anticipated needing for some things, During loading I found I really could have used moving blankets but there were non inside the truck (free OR for paid usage) and the office office at my storage facility where I had contracted the rental had already closed. I was forced to use the bubble wrap roll that was intended for other things in place of the blankets which left me without what I needed (which became more than obvious when some things arrive at my location damaged). In addition, there also had been no dolly in the truck (free or for rental), but as I mentioned I had brought my own which was heavier duty. However this points at the larger issue, which is the inconsistency in what to expect when renting a truck. Improvement the Consistency I encountered during (1) renting from a Retail Uhaul Facility and the Storage Zone Location and (2) having 2 different very different experiences with rentals of the exact same truck from the same Storage Zone location (which had not been rented since I had done so the previous week) is definitely needed. U-Haul is a 'household name' when it comes to renting trucks and trailers. You have such a strong hold in our culture that your name is used to refer to simply renting a truck, even if the perspective renter has not decided on using U-Haul yet. (Similar to the way people refer to a photocopy as a "Xerox" or to a cotton swab as a "Q-Tip") I personally think it was a smart idea to grow your business by subcontracting (or franchising) with storage rental facilities, however it could cause more damage than good if you have SO MANY to constantly monitor that you can no longer guarantee not only the product you deliver but also the type of service provide. The difference in the "service" I received from the employees also ran t
