The drop box had a slot for rental contracts, but the instructions through the app & printed contract didn't advise whether to drop that in the lock box as well. Since the app's guidance didn't include that, I kept the contract.

I approved for 197 I added an extra hour and went over 30 extra miles and I got charged 173 its extra expensive and they dont maintenance there uhauls like they should.

Fred VThere were 2 men working in the store. The one who checked me in didn't know the procedure, and the other one was busy waiting on convenience-store customers. It took a half hour. Also, you cannot park your car in their tiny, busy parking lot. The cab & windows of the truck were filthy, as they are every time I get a Uhaul. It was, however, parked so tightly & with such limited view that I was sure they Wanted me to scratch it. Always get the higher insurance.
