The gas tank was not full when picked up and we were told to fill up the similar level of gasoline when return. We di fill up the very similar levels of gasoline in Ellicott City (40 West Carroll Fuel) as picked up at U-Haul in Mechanicsburg location. However, U-Haul still charged us $6.95 for 2 gallons. This is very ridicules and unfair. Our $6.95 should be waived.

MARK STrouble started from the beginning. They couldn’t find my order and they did not accept my driver’s license even when I uploaded it. They manually made changes which ended up adding different options i had not selected. On return, they did not send me the receipt while I was at the location insisting that they will review the mileage etc later and send the receipt. When I received the receipt finally I saw all the additional options and charges related to them. They knew this and tried to give some random dollar amount as refund much less than the total of the options. On calling and speaking with them multiple times they said I should come and take cash refund of again another random dollar amount but not the whole amount. Sketchy shady business practices. I will not rent from here again
