I had arranged to do a drop off which didn't need anyone from the dealer to facilitate. Can't remember what the program is called, but one can drop of the vehicle 24/7. When I arrived, the dealer met me in the parking lot and took care of everything for me! Great customer service!

As a renter in business attire, I was not offered assistance in hooking up the trailer and I hooked it up myself (good thing I knew how!). When I could not get the lights on the trailer to come on, I was questioned like it was my fault rather than the fault of the cable connection on the trailer. After I insisted on trying a different cable, the lights worked and I left with the trailer.

Gas station with rental franchise. I was under a lot of time pressure and called ahead twice to verify opening time and explain I wanted vehicle ready to roll (blanket, dolly). When I got there one poor fellows was trying to manage a large station and deal with me all alone. It worked out but something less than smoothly

The owner at the gas station was deplorable and he had me sign the gas acknowledgment without checking the gas levels first. He purposely sought out to get me to purchase gas from his location

I have to admit I was a bit concerned when I learned my pick-up location was a gas station, based on my last Uhaul experience. But this location was professional, the staff knew the Uhaul system, my rental was ready to go, and it was in pristine condition. When I returned the truck, itwas a quick, smooth experience. I would definitely rent from there again.

The people at the pick-up location were very friendly and helpful and the process was quick and easy. The only improvement might be if the trucks themselves had additional useful features, such as power windows, power locks, GPS, etc.

I showed up 15 minutes before my reservation. They told me that I did not have a reservation even though I showed him a confirmation number. The guy working the desk had no idea what he was doing. it took him a half hour to create a new reservation. There was even more hassles when I returned the truck. A different guy couldn't print me out a receipt and said he would email it to me. I received my receipt yesterday and I was double billed for the rental and double billed for the $14 insurance. I have asked for an adjustment but of course I can't get a response. I have to rent another truck on Saturday and may have to consider other options other than Uhaul. It’s a small service station so there isn’t much room to maneuver. Had two UHaul vans parked up front, but no visible signage near the road. However, staff was very helpful and courteous!!!

It seems there is only one employee on at a time on weekends, and he had to keep stopping to help gasoline customers, which made checkout and return take a little longer than it would if there were two people there.

I filled everything out ahead of time, but when I got there, I had to start all over. That made all of the prep work redundant. I think it was user error at the retail side. I was all set and called to confirm several days before. It was just frustrating. That said, they were very nice people.
