Install a shade out the front office to provide a little comfort to customers and at least a chair inside the office for those waiting for their turn. Parking space is also a pain.

When I arrived at All Storage of Elk Grove (004290) to pick up the rental the following is my experience: 1. Gas was between 3/8 and 1/2 a tank (Not a full tank). I returned it with the same amount that it had when picked up. 2. The following morning when I returned rental, I was originally charged for an extra Dolly and amount total charged from my card was $135.85. 3. He gave me a receipt of paying $135.85. I left and drove away when I received a message of deduction from my card and $156.23 was charged from my card. I went back and asked him why he deducted $156.23 when invoice was $135.85 and I told him he charged me for an extra dolly. He told me he would reverse the charges and start all over by deducting the correct amount. He reversed the charges but only what invoice amount had and not the $156.23 that was taken from my account. He said "Im sorry but this business is privately owned and UHaul is a different system". 4. I am still owed $20.38. I am still upset because of this, the guy at counter does not really seem to know what he's doing. I want to know what UHaul is going to do to rectify this?

Except cash deposits .and fix your web site that approves credit cards.it took three credit cards to and time we didn't have to waste.the next day i went to budget they took a cash deposit and it was quick to get a truck with no hassle.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my reservation time, and discovered the office was closed. The sign in the window said it was closed from 12:00 to 1:00, yet I'm standing there at 11:45 and the security door is closed and locked. Yes, my reservation was for noon, yet the location is closed at noon? That made no sense. Why didn't the online system flag this time as being unavailable? So, I returned home and made a second trip at 1:00. When I asked the desk person about the issue, all I got was "I don't knows." It would have been nice to at least have had my time wasted acknowledged. Now, other than those two issues, the actual rental process--pickup and return--went smoothly and without any problems although the pickup could have been a little more fine tuned since I had filled out the online express check-in that should have sped up the process more than it did. I didn't see any benefit to having done that.

My truck leaked water in the passenger side floor was very uncomfortable driving to southern california. the entire floor was filled with water. Dont think the agent was aware of the problem cause I truly dont think he would of given me that truck
