The business is understaffed and we had to wait while they "caught up" on customer service. The lady who helped us, however, once she was ready...was thorough and helpful.

Main issue was the online check in. System would not provide a key. No answer on phone for the location number given by the online system.Called customer service with Uhaul and after being on hold, was transferred to scheduling and was on hold again. Never spoke to anyone in scheduling department. There was another customer there when I arrived that was having the same issue. He and I both on hold and eventually we were instructed that the keys were located in a flower box in front of the business. Should also be noted that there was more damage on the truck I rented than noted by the "X" sticker. (took photo's for the online check in). Also, The passenger side window was down, making the inside of the truck wet. Truck was also not clean. The check in process took over an hour, making me late for an appointment and forcing me to drive extra mileage to meet someone I was scheduled to meet to pick up some items who could not wait any longer. (this cost extra mileage and added much time to a already long day) I have been a faithful customer of Uhaul for 35 years. This simple rental of a truck makes me question the direction Uhaul is going with a paperless check inand no onsite customer service available onsite. and I will re-consider my future needs.

I didn't realize the height was so low on this size compared to the other sizes or I wouldn't have chosen it since we hit our head many times trying to load it so maybe note something in the reservation process? Just a suggestion.

A truck had been returned in front of the truck I was picking up. It took 2 hours in the rain to get someone out there to move the other truck and delayed my moving until the next day. I have pictures if needed.

They recently moved to this new location, I was there the 1st day they moved in and they have been there about 2 months now, big difference from then to now. Making large improvements quickly. Great staff. Kudos to them.

PRE PAID ONLINE SO WE WOULD BE IN & OUT. WE PRE Paid for help to come load truck.we were there over 45 min.Trying to get checked out. The truck we were to get/3000 miles on it didn't get returned so she got us another one.we were. Moving very long distance it. Had 96000 on it.she told use it had 9000. The AC stoped working only 2 hour into our 22 hr trip. Windows rattled all the way. THE 1 THING WE attested each time we spoke was we needed a newer truck in excellent shape. WE are not very happy people.We were charged more money to bring it to s diffrent location then one of the places said there is no extra charage for that. I still have both receipts printed with 2 different Price's. AS YOU CAN SEE IT WASN'T VERY SMOTH.

Pick up location was good,but on line and customer service sucked..I drove 30 miles to get a bigger truck then reservation was for,from different location then was on reservation and said truck was to be dropped off at bardstown,after getting truck and headed back to move things noticed the drop of was 45 miles away from where agreed upon, and customer service didn't even compensate me for my travel..

Initial pick up, staff was friendly. After drop off the customer service rep called me, claimed I didn't drop off the truck and than hung up on me. I called back a couple of hours later, just to find out that it was a misread on her end. Received no apology and was abruptly shooed off the phone.

There was nothing wrong with this location. I opted to use the self drop off method. I found the return process to be confusing. The directions online didn't match what I was told on the phone or what was on the key return box. I didn't know that I needed my green contract slip until I got there. Fortunately, I had it with me. However, seeing the sign on the box was the first indication that I needed to bring that with me at all, neither the associate I called or the associate at the pickup location provided me with information on this. I was then confused by the website which provided contradictory information when I visited it to say I had returned the truck. It said I may need pictures as well as knowledge of what the odometer read at the time of return. I didn't have access to this, but I also wasn't actually asked for it in the end. Overall, it was a confusing process that added unnecessary stress.

I already filed a formal complaint with customer service. I would not recommend this place. The lady working was the rude, grouchy, and seemed angry because we interrupted her donut break.

My contract and Uhaul.com had two different drop off locations. Took forever to correct it.

I started out renting a Penske which was considerably higher than U-Haul (or so I thought, but they did not have the hidden charges) but U-Haul rental charge was $29.95 which sounded great but I later discovered that honesty was not given and neither were the total charges given or explained. Since I rented it on Friday, she said bring back next day, put key in lock box (they would be closed), BUT the next day she called and told me since the truck was not there at 8:30 I would owe for another day -- FOR ALL THE CHARGES. There was a SafeMove charge that she did not even tell me about. I had to keep truck two days. I ended up paying $187.86 for two days! The worst part was she changed from a polite woman to a snippy hateful would not even look at me when I went in to pay up! I do not appreciate that at all and I will never use that U-Haul location again!

The lady we picked our auto hauler up from didn't secure it correctly to the hitch on my fathers truck. Therefore the first time by father has ever loaned his truck out there is now a claim through uhaul insurance. When we loaded the antique car we went to Kentucky to purchase on the trailer...the tongue of the auto hauler bounced to and hit my dads tailgate leaving a dent and scratch on it.
