The store owner was very helpful in instructing me to the key drop box. The online representatives at Uhaul.com were very professional and helpful in helping me close out my truck rental agreement. I was mostly impressed with the U-haul app and notification system. It was very user friendly.

Had not rented a Uhaul truck in years, so was unaware of the whole new process to do so. Nevertheless, after finishing the process, all was great, plus the assistance was fantastic. Next time will be easier and for sure recommend Uhaul.
