I'm extremely disappointed with Uhaul. I was in the rain for almost an hour waiting to get a code that never came I was charged for supplies I never got and for time I never used. I'm seriously thinking of never using Uhaul again.

George H.No Attendant at location to address missing furniture dolly and moving blankets. Also no one there to assist when I had trouble with The U-Haul check-out App. The self service checkout App is a pain in the ass. I will never agree to use it again.
Joseph S.This place was a disaster. I arrived at my appointment in time. When I tried to get the keys for the truck it said I had to go inside. No one was at the business. I say business but it was really just a small lot with some junk cars. I called the number listed on U-Haul and got someone's cellphone. The woman told me I would have to wait until noon, an hour after my appointment, because the key was not there. I called U-Haul customer service to get a new truck. After being on hold for over 30 minutes I was told there was nothing they could do because the business had “starts the contract, whatever that means. So I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes for someone to arrive. When they got there the could not find the dolly I ordered and could not get into their storage shed that they apparently keep all their U-Haul stuff. They did not put the dolly in the back of the truck, so even if the keys were there I wouldn't have had the dolly I needed. Then they spent another 5 minutes checking the truck, mileage/gas/damage/etc before I was able to take it. I left an hour and 15 minutes after my reservation and was an hour late for my meeting. Also, the woman in the phone from this business told me that I would not be charged. I believe the exchange was: me - “I'm not paying for this†her - “you won't have to pay.†Because of this I returned the truck very early is the rest of her schedule would not be mess based on how late I got the truck. But she proceeded to charge me full price for the rental. Overall this was the worst U-Haul experience ever and it really shows how far you all have fallen. All I've done all day is try to get someone to remedy this. I've waited in hold for more than an hour and tried to go through the chat feature 4 different times but the U-Haul app crashes when in chats, which was a waste of 20 minutes each time. As it stands, I've been told that someone should call in within 3 business days to talk about this. Three days… really? Terrible customer service and terrible business model allowing a junk yard of 6 vehicles operate as a U-Haul pickup location. There is no business there. There are for rent signs in the windows. The U-Haul lock box outside is made of rotting wood. All their U-Haul stuff is in a shipping container that they are not able to open. I made a reservation 2 days in advance and the truck had no keys and they didn't put the dolly in it. I'm told I just have to wait for an hour after my reservation. The. I'm told I won't be charged and am charged in full. What did U-Haul do right for me today?
